We had a lovely time at your place! We were so pleased with how well accommodated the house is and we were taken by its spaciousness and beautiful setting!
It was the perfect location for us, especially being close to the river. Layout of the house was great, only complaint we wished there were windows with screens that opened in the living room and dining room.Arrived was sent a couple of items that needed to be addressed before the next guests arrive. We hope to rent this home again in the future.

We had a wonderful time in this house. We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. We were here for seven days. Love to bike path and the river being so close and the shark passes are really fun. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy Sun River.
Great house with lots of open space for hanging out with family. House is very dated which wasn’t evident when looking at pictures. Kitchen appliances very well stocked. The only negative was the 2 bikes. Very old and not for the average size adult, way smaller. Tires were consistently flat even after blowing up. Had they informed us of the poor quality we would have known to bring 3 of our own from home vs just bringing 1. Overall, we would rent again. The pool passes were nice to have.
This was a very reasonable property for the price. I loved its location near the river, and we were greeted with a mama deer and two fawns when we arrived. The house is on a very quiet street, and as is the case with much of Sunriver, you truly feel secluded. We ran into a couple of issues regarding cleaning (dirty dishes seemed to have been put away, so we ended up handwashing dishes before using them) and the carpet was pretty thoroughly stained making us hopeful that towels and sheets had been washed, but I suspect that's a consequence of it being a pet friendly home. The bathroom amenities are pretty light. With a very generous bag of nice coffee, it was odd to be left with exactly two coffee filters stocked on the counter inviting us to no more than two pots of coffee. Pictures make the backyard appear more private than it is, but the presence of other houses were not a nuisance by any means, and we still loved the placement of the house. I've certainly stayed in nicer homes at the resort, and homes that were far worse. Response time was very fast, SHARC passes and on-property hot tub were excellent (although the tub seemed to have a small leak, so frequent filling and re-heating was necessary) but none of this detracted from yet another wonderful stay in Sunriver. My thanks for a lovely time.
