We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and fully equipped, with an amazing ocean view from the balcony. The location was perfect—right on the beach and in the heart of downtown, close to restaurants and shops. The host was very communicative and helpful, and the property description was spot-on. The view alone was worth every penny! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place. We have stayed in Cocoa a few times and this is by far the best spot. The location is phenomenal - literally steps away from all the shopping and dining. But we also really loved the building itself. Very old school Florida condo that still made us feel like we were in the middle of nowhere while still being downtown. When we got up in the morning to go the beach, we were greeted by numerous bunnies hopping around the very well preserved and large dune ecosystem. Great little swimming pool. And loved looking out at the ocean view. Comfortable beds, thoughtful touches, well stocked with towels, paper goods, and cleaning supplies. One covered parking spot in the garage and even overflow parking for an extra car out front, which came in handy for us as we had two cars. Really, it’s hard for me to find any reason to why someone would not want to stay here.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo. It was clean and stocked with everything you need. It’s a little older but I thought very well kept. Cute beachy decor adding warmth and charm. The balcony’s views were incredible and I will definitely stay again.

The condo did not match the advertisement. While we were inside, the elevator malfunctioned, and we were trapped for five minutes. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the elevator has not passed inspection, which poses a safety risk. Additionally, the overall condition of the complex is very poor and unclean. VRBO should conduct a thorough investigation into this unit, as it is not suitable for rental.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and quick to respond to messages. The property was very clean and free of pest.The pictures are exactly like their property. The view and comfort of the property made it hard for us to leave it and venture into the city. I would definitely book this again!

Really cute top floor condo right on the beach. Spacious and clean, full balcony with chairs overlooking the beach and ocean. Multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance. We liked the designated underground parking in the garage and direct access to the beach. The whole area has a chill vibe, family friendly and welcoming. There is a drip coffee maker and filters, bring your own coffee, creamer, sugar, etc . We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Ease of booking through VRBO. Melanie and Jaden responded to my inquiries within 2 minutes no matter what time I sent the message.The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. Our stay was wonderful, plenty of things to do within walking distance and a pretty beach! Staff answered very quickly in the app. The only down fall for us, which may be a perk for some is that there was a restaurant/club that go pretty crazy at night.

Wonderful Stay in Cocoa Beach!

Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely book here again. Location has an amazing view of the beach/ocean (amazing sunrise views) and is short wall to a lot of restaurants options. Overall environment was quiet and the condo had all of necessities we could ask for!
