I didn’t get a chance to stay at Joshua’s place due to the Ac unit going out. I loved how he communicated what was wrong before I got there. Hopefully the next time I’m in town I get a chance to stay!

Apartment was just what we needed to attend the weekend Blue Jays and Mariners games. The location was close to the Tacoma Dome where we hopped on the 594 bus and headed straight to T-Mobile Stadium, just a 40 minute ride that cost us 2 each way.The room was exactly as shown in pictures. It was clean and tidy and the host had all of the basics there for us (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, soap, etc.) which was awesome (thank you).The host was quick and helpful with all communication and very pleasant to deal with. We will be looking to stay there again next year when the Jays are back in town!

The unit is very spacious for two of us. We stayed one night. We were not so comfortable with the area. The main gate to the building had a code to punch in to access which someone had propped the gate opened with a large rock which we removed. The stairwell had a code to punch in to access, but the door does not close properly which we pushed the door closed. The next morning, all the doors/gate (2 stairwells doors, main gate) were propped opened.

It was great. Good clean property, very modern style. The area is centrally located to find everything around. Big mall and good stores. While that is true, be aware, I saw people looking through the garbage.Overall, I’m pretty pleased with this property. I wasn’t supposed to stay longer than two nights but my company set up a new meeting so I’m staying here for another night. I lived it that much…

Quiet, very spacious, very clean one bedroom (comfortable double bed)on the 3rd floor, stairs only. Centrally located and walking distance to the mall and local cafes. Amenities like in-unit laundry and coffee and streaming tv services. Check in is super easy and clear communication with the host. Comfortable stay, I highly recommend!
