Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please maintain clean floors throughout the stay. Rinse before entering the home from the beach. Avoid sand building up in the showers. Sweep the floors before checking out.
Please return the thermostat to Fan Auto and a temperature of 73 degrees.

Beautiful views, comfortable arrangements, plenty of room for our meeting. The pool table was a big hit, both kitchens were perfect for our meals. Great place to stay.
