Guana Kai, minutes from historic St. Augustine, is a six bedroom, five bath home that can easily accommodate 14 people. A beautiful getaway that's lovingly cared for, Guana Kai is perfect for either all adults or families with children to enjoy the greatest vacation yet! (See Virtual Tour on the Location tab)

Spacious family room and dining room have ocean view with upstairs balcony, wet bar, fireplace, and is open to large stocked kitchen with a buffet bar and all the conveniences of home. Bedrooms include two king beds, three queen beds, one twin daybed with twin trundle, and a room with four twin beds. There is a game room with a pool tables, wi-fi internet access, DVD/VHS, a computer, and free continental phone calls plus much more.

The house has a walkway that leads from the side yard over the seawall and right to the beautiful beaches of South Ponte Vedra. It is a safe, quiet part of the beach lined only with private residences.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home on the beach! Absolutely loved being able to walk out the back door onto the beach for a swim or to play beach bocci. Plenty of room for everyone to play games or take some time to read a good book.

Great beach house

This was our seventh year renting in South Ponte Vedra and this was the best house yet! Beautiful decor, comfortable beds & pillows, and that fantastic game room. The deck was a particularly good feature, with very nice furniture. The lower deck was great for getting out of the sun.

Mom Loved her 80th Birthday!

We had a wonderful time with extended family for Mom’s 80th! Beautiful home right on the water! Perfectly appointed to make family meals and enjoy games and time together. So close to St Augustine it made day trips easy and more enjoyable for everyone.

Beautiful oceanfront views!

House was very clean and had everything needed for our trip, Kat is very responsive and a great host! Would recommend to any large families that need a place to lodge everyone.

The owners live in Jacksonville, as do their three grown children and their families. All members of the family enjoy Guana Kai and all it has to offer - so you are spending time in what they consider a very special place!

Why they chose this property

South Ponte Vedra Beach is a beautiful part of northeast Florida. We live in Jacksonville, and we bought Guana Kai so we could really "get away", but not have to go too far. We use the house as our family beach house, but love to share with others so you can experience the relaxation this home has to offer.

What makes this property unique

We have direct, private access to a gorgeous beach, access to an upscale beach club one mile south, and a 24 hour maintenance man so you are never stuck with an inefficient house.
