Oh gosh this is such an amazing house! The pictures don't do it justice for how incredibly spacious it is. We got it for the game room, which was HUGE, but ended up spending most of our time in the gorgeous kitchen while kids played upstairs. Paula was such a kind and warm

Beautiful Lake Arrowhead Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property in Lake Arrowhead! The house is clean, incredibly well stocked (we had a full Thanksgiving dinner with family) and in a beautiful location right next to the UCLA Lake Arrowhead Lodge. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and hope to stay here again soon.

Great place for family fun

We had a great experience here. The house was spacious and conveniently located. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the game room with many different options. The backyard fire pit was perfect for making s’mores. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Large, perfect property with plenty of space

Owner was accommodating and very communicative, property was immaculate and has everything you need for a good time in the mountains. Loved the game room, especially when there was bad weather outside. Would absolutely stay again

Great Property for Families!

This was an amazing place to spend time with kids and family. The game room was great and got all of the kids to unplug and enjoy some good old fashioned fun. The outdoor space with the fire pit was great for getting fresh air and relaxing by the fire pit at night. Only about 15 minutes from the main town, shopping, and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again!

Spacious Lake Arrowhead Home

This is a fabulous, spacious Lake Arrowhead home. We enjoyed the comfortable, well appointed furnishings. The fireplace kept us warm and cozy. Communications were clear and prompt. I highly recommend this home.

This property is amazing. Communication with the property manager is great. Easy to find, close to stores and parks. My family enjoyed the Thanksgiving weekend, from the complete and high-end kitchen amenities to the nice patio and top-notch grill all the way to the game room (WARNING: The place is so nice, you'll never leave the house). It has all the kitchen gadgets you'll need, The house was very clean. Adults and kids had a great time. Highly recommended and will definitely book this again!

Great family vacation

Beautiful home with everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable as if you were home.

Incredible family/friends get together.

This is one of the extraordinary rental stay and its our second visit. Gaming room will make you lively any time. The property manager was so kind to give us extended checkout time and it really helped us a lot. The communications was so easy and very quick. The only thing I want to point is the lack of closet space. Even though there are wardrobes, but some of them are occupied with stuffs already.

Fun Family Vacation Home

Great home for all ages! Gourmet kitchen, spacious great room, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The best room is on the third floor - an amazing game room, big screen tv, snack area - no one wanted to leave! Great neighborhood to walk around!

Great experience with lots of memories to cherish

It wasn’t our first time staying at the property. We already knew that the house was gonna be clean, which is the first thing that matters to me. Our kids enjoy the game room the most. We were lucky that it snowed and kids got to play outside. The only problem we had was the heater that just never reached above 65. Otherwise we had a blast.

Great to be back!

Never have we booked the same house twice for a trip, but this one was a must to return to and especially with two new kids in tow. Paula is an amazing host who has built and maintained a fantastic home to welcome all guests. Her communication is IMMEDIATE and thorough. We appreciate her and her family for their kindness and generosity. The place is clean, the neighborhood is quiet and the walk to the lake is beautiful and an easy down and up. Thank you once again! Family Getaway

We had a great time. The property is very nice and clean. The backyard is amazing with duel fireplaces. The game room was truly great and equipped with different games.I recommend this property. The only thing this property is missing is access to the garage for easy loading and unloading the car.

We built this home for our family when our kids were young. The upstairs game room was well thought out to be able to have our kids and their friends up there on the third floor while we were able to enjoy some quiet time downstairs or outside on the decks. This house allowed us to comfortably have friends and family over for BBQs or over night. We have recently relocated for our job and did not want to sell our family home. Many of our family and friends wanted to continue to come to the house and vacation there so we decided to open it up to the public to vacation at also. We have a lot of incredible family memories here and hope you will create some of your own at "Arrowhead Family Memory Maker".

This house is 4000 sq ft which is one of the largest vacation rentals you will find....especially at this price. The outside living space is comparable to a 5 star resort with the fireplace, fire ring, tranquil view and all the seating. We are just 1/3 mile from the Tavern Bay. Lake Arrowhead is an awesome place in the San Bernardino mountains. Book it for the week and if someone needs to work they can still commute.

There is nothing like enjoying the deck in the summer evenings while the kids enjoy the 1000 square foot game room on the third floor! There are several free concerts in the Village across the lake. Incredibly, the sound of the music bounces right off the lake and sometimes we can hear it from the deck without the crowd of going to the concert.
