Welcome to our cozy lake retreat on Beaver Lake in Lost Bridge Village! Step right out the back door and take a peaceful wooded path for a short walk to the water’s edge. Spend your days swimming, boating, or just soaking up the beauty of Arkansas lake life.
You’ll have access to a community pool just 6 minutes away and Lost Bridge Marina only 5 minutes down the road — perfect for renting a boat or grabbing a snack on the water.
Whether you’re relaxing on the deck or making memories with family and friends, this lakeside home is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the simple things.
The Space
Our home offers plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests.
Two balconies — one off the main living area with outdoor dining and comfy seating, and another off the primary bedroom with a peaceful lake view.
A propane grill and all the tools you need for easy cookouts.
Access to the neighborhood pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) for $4 per person/day.
The Lost Bridge Village Clubhouse has pickleball and tennis courts, plus a playground for the kids to burn off some energy.
Guest Access
Before check-in, guests will receive a door code for self-entry. You’ll have private access to the entire home — the only exception is one locked supply closet.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather used towels and place in the basket on top of the dryer.
Please empty all trash cans and place in the trash bin outside. Please put trash bin on the top of the driveway on the right side.
Absolutely no parties or additional guests. Absolutely NO PETS PLEASE. Please leave our home in the same condition it was upon arrival. Thank you!
