The property was as expected. Communication with the property management was easy and issues were resolved quickly. The property is located on a calm and quite stretched of beach and right next to the large community pool. The kitchen so well-stocked with dishes, flatware, appliances, and bakeware i am confident I could have cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner.

The house was very clean, and the water pressure was great. The pool was cleaned daily and right next to the garage, which had a refrigerator, very convenient for Beach and pool drinks. We enjoyed the beach each morning and glad to say it was not crowded at all. Everyone we encountered was friendly, and the garage had several toys and chairs to use on the beach. I would stay here again, if I return to Pensecola.

Everything was great. The only complaint we had was that the pool was not heated, so it was freezing since it was only in the low 70s. But the place itself was spacious, clean and well furnished. It was perfect for us - we had 5 adults and 2 children.

The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. The bedroom layout was perfect for our group. No adults had to sleep in bunk beds. The only complaint I would have is the elevator was only available for medical purposes. We thought we could easily get our luggage to the top floor and found out tha was not the case.

We brought my wife's family for the first time and stayed in a house on the beach for the first time and it was incredible. During busy July, we practically had the beach to ourselves. The facilities around the house were great. It was easy to get in and out of. The house itself was wonderful, very clean and very nice, great kitchen for cooking and lots of space for our whole family. We will definitely be renting this place again!!!
