Upstairs boast one bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, and another bedroom with two queen beds and an ensuite. Just off the front porch is an open patio for relaxing after a full day of shopping and exploring downtown Charleston. 192 St. Philip Street is in a wonderful location just steps to Browns Court Bakery, The Warehouse, and multiple local boutique shops. Within a thirty-minute walk of 192 St. Philip Street you can visit the Battery, Charleston's Open-Air Market, King Street's finest shops, and dine in any of downtowns astounding restaurants.

Overall, an excellent stay. Location cannot be beat as it's not in the heart of the tourist area but very close by. Very cute coffee shops, restaurants, etc. nearby. The parking spots were awesome. Air conditioning worked great and was much needed.

This property was located close to King street and very easy access to attractions and restaurants. Check in was easy and check in and check out was convenient and the host was very accommodating. We enjoyed it and will consider visiting again.

Girl’s weekend with friends who have never visited Charleston. The house was exactly as described. The location can’t be beat. Blocks away from shopping, food and fun. Fully equipped and spotless. Amazing Girls Trip

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing time. This house was adorable, clean, and in a great location. Local bars got a little loud but nothing that kept us from sleeping. Overall, highly recommend!
