This is a privately-owned condominium, not a hotel room. Our rental fees are lower than Aston’s fees, and are lower than all or most comparable VRBO units at the Waikiki Banyan. Depending on the season, you may also have received a discount. You have contracted for a great unit, with a great view, in a great location for a very reasonable price. We want you to have a great experience at our second home, but we also want you to understand that if you expect and desire immediate response from hotel staff (room service, daily cleaning, immediate service, etc.) you would be better off staying at a hotel. Most importantly, this unit absolutely does NOT provide daily maid service, daily cleaning service, shampoo, toothpaste, daily toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, playpens, cribs, pack n' plays, roll away beds, blow up air mattresses, etc. Should you have traveled without personal items or have forgotten some needed items, there are many local stores nearby including Wal-Mart that can provide you with said personal items.
Details respective to the $300 completely REFUNDABLE Deposit: When booking this unit we include on-site parking for your vehicle during the duration of your stay. A parking pass is left in the unit and ready for your immediate use upon check-in. Sadly, we have had a high number of guests that check out and never return the parking pass. Failure to leave the parking pass damages the next guest that stays in the unit. The Waikiki Banyan charges $100 to re-issue a parking pass. Therefore, a $300 refundable charge is held until you vacate the property and we are assured the parking pass is responsibly returned to the unit and the unit has sustained no damage. Promptly 14 days after your departure, VRBO will release & credit $300 to your credit card on file.This is NOT a profit center for the property owner. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing to Owner. Due to the high demand of this unit and particularly within the Waikiki Banyan Towers in general, this reservation is deemed non-refundable. With that said, once the unit is paid/booked, said reservation is immediately shown as blocked off / “booked” on the VRBO.com website barring anyone else from making the same reservation. Reservations are first come, first serve.
