"Nest" house across street from beach w/Pool

This impressive 2 Br guest house is located right across the street from the beach. Come and enjoy an "original" coastal home at this private residence. Both bedrooms have Queen beds.
There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and the family room area. Plenty of seating space for family gatherings in the living room with the sofa and two recliners. The kitchen offers full size appliances (NO dishwasher) but complete with a large table that seats 8, to enjoy meals or game night together. Great grilling options (charcoal and gas) for hot dogs and burgers around the outdoor tables and chairs and umbrellas, too.
This property has an exterior surveillance camera located under the back stairwell, capturing the area between the back of the house. No audio is recorded.
Bike Friendly but please NO SMOKING AT THIS PROPERTY.

Clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach and attractions

I recently stayed at "The Nest", which is a wonderful 2 bedroom private home located within a 3 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home with abundant cookware, glassware, small appliances,( even an air fryer and Keurig) and is perfect for a family of 4. The bedding is very comfortable with 1 queen in each bedroom, a large full bath, living room and dining area. There is free wi-fi and a large smart TV in the living room, and another TV in the bedroom. It was extremely clean and well kept, with vinyl plank flooring, and great furnishings. A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer was very convenient, and the kitchen has a new stove and fridge. The outdoor area boasts a covered patio, bar, outdoor grills and pool. There is also an outdoor swing which we enjoyed, and the house comes complete with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and lots of sand toys. Bed linens, bath towels,& washcloths are provided and are of excellent quality. Some toiletry items are included also. We received great service from the rental company and check in and out was very easy. We will definitely return to this wonderful cottage for our next vacation.

Cozy comfortable and well equipped

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving at this cozy comfortable beach cottage. The location was perfect only 50 steps to the beachfront and close to many fine restaurants and attractions. It was cleaner than any other rental I have ever been in in North Myrtle Beach and the Linens were of high quality. It was so nice to have a home of our own rather than a high-rise condo. The rear of the house has a covered patio with a bar and four stools ,an extra refrigerator . and gas and barbecue grills. The kitchen had a brand new stove and refrigerator and everything needed to prepare a meal, even an air fryer! We will definitely rent The Nest again
