Condominio Endless Summer è un piano terra, 2 letto, 2 bagni condominio con un patio soleggiato ad ovest. La comunità condominio offre due piscine, un centro benessere, palestra e un cinema. Il condominio è a pochi passi dalla farmacia Walgreens, dal supermercato di Basha e da due luoghi di Starbucks. C'è anche un facile accesso ai sentieri lungo la Hayden Greenbelt. Cammina per 1 miglio fino al centro di Scottsdale, o sali sul carrello gratuito Scottsdale. Lo stadio di San Francisco Giants è a solo mezzo miglio di distanza.

Questo appartamento al piano terra con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è ben illuminato con luce naturale ed è arredato con gusto con arredamento contemporaneo sud-ovest. Nel soggiorno c'è un pavimento in moquette e un comodo divano componibile in pelle rossa con un pouf rotondo e una TV a schermo piatto da 50 pollici con canali HD, tra cui ESPN, e anche un lettore Blu-Ray per guardare i tuoi dischi DVD e Blu-Ray .

La cucina ben attrezzata dispone di pavimenti in piastrelle, ripiani in granito massiccio, illuminazione della pista, elettrodomestici neri e una superficie di cottura a piatto. La sala da pranzo ha pavimenti in piastrelle e un bellissimo tavolo in pietra con quattro sedie da pranzo imbottite. La finestra adiacente a ovest adiacente riempie l'area con una calda illuminazione ambientale.

L'accesso al patio avviene attraverso la porta scorrevole in vetro. Il patio rivolto a ovest ha una leggera sovrastante sopra, ma per la maggior parte è all'aperto ed è un bel posto per sedersi in comodità e godersi le nostre calde giornate invernali. Per mangiare all'aperto il patio ha un tavolo con quattro sedie imbottite, c'è anche un divanetto, due poltrone e un tavolino dell'happy hour.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, due comodini con lampade da lettura, TV da 40 pollici montato a parete, ventilatore a soffitto e un alto comò in legno. Le finestre rivolte a sud nella stanza consentono molta luce naturale, ed è dotata di tende verticali e tende spesse in modo da poter regolare l'illuminazione a proprio piacimento. Il bagno principale della suite ha pavimenti in piastrelle, un lavandino ben illuminato con un grande specchio e un box doccia.

La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale, 2 comodini con lampade, ventilatore a soffitto e un cassettone con una TV da 32 pollici in alto. Questa camera ha anche una finestra rivolta a sud con tende verticali e tende. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha pavimenti in piastrelle e una vasca / doccia combo. Situato nell'armadio del corridoio è una lavatrice e asciugatrice sopra e sotto.

Satisfied with a caveat

This property is quiet and relaxing. For those enjoying shopping and events located in Old Town, this is a perfect location. Much less congested when compared to North Scottsdale. If you prefer to eat out, No worries. However, if you enjoy creating in the kitchen, best move on in your search. The Kitchen accommodations lack in lighting, quality of cookware, and utensils.

Some good some not so good.

Cleaning was poor. We notified theProperty manager and sent pictures. They re-cleaned windows and mirrors but we had to buy cleaning products to clean other things ourselves. This condo needs a deep clean and updates. Location and amenities are great.

As soon as we were notified, we arranged a re-cleaning and completed every request made to address the issues. It is good to relax

Good place to walk, but some of the sidewalks are really close to the road, once you are on the greenway it very safe. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, old town.

Noisy tenant above

Helllo, Heavy set fellow above the unit and you can hear every steps he makes. Very annoying. Master bedroom has extremely squeaky bed. Any move will trigger it. Both bathroom outlets in master bath don’t work. There’s an odd odor in the unit so I assume previous smokers. They’re signs all over complex that say anything less than one month lease is a violation. Not a very welcoming feeling for short term guests. Pool and fitness and location are pretty good. Next to a few golf course and several restaurants. It’s ok but needs disclosures. I’d recommend living in an upper unit. Casago was a nice service and helped me with any questions. Thanks

Fantastic location very comfortable, the master bed needs to be changed as it squeaked every time you moved, shower handle pulls off when turning, loved having the laundry in the unit(maybe install a push to light bar above the dryer) as we look for that when renting, I would absolutely rent this condo again

Unit review

There was a problem with the outlets in the two at bathrooms which made them impossible to use the hairdryer. The circuit blew. The blinds in the living room need to be replaced, The master bedroom blinds did not work, Measuring cups are needed, We found ants on the shelf, The knives need to be replaced, they were dull, Instructions for working the tv are needed, Otherwise we enjoyed the location,

Easter trip to Scottsdale

This property is located close to Old Town and many other attractions. Very clean and easy to access. We were very happy with our stay.

Fun experience

One pool heater was broken, but overall a good experience. It was located in an easy to access location. The rooms were a nice size and the private patio area was nice.

Clean unit, hard to access after 4pm broken TV

Property requires a car to visit downtown Scottsdale. Pleasant enough but securing service during arrival and occupancy difficult. Well equipped unit and economical.

Difficult to locate unit in a huge complex

The unit was adequately furnished -- if a bit minimal in paper & laundry supplies. Beds nicely dressed and comfortable. Pool small, not well maintained but other condo owners were quite friendly. We felt the advertising as being "within walking distance of "oldtown Scottsdale" was deceptive. It was overpriced for what we experienced and we would not stay here again. Very strange code box placement -- for which we paid $100 extra??? Nice patio, adequate furnishings, TV not always functional in living room.
