A wraparound deck with rocking chairs and a screened porch with outdoor dining invite leisurely moments in the fresh sea air.

Inside, soaring cathedral ceilings and skylights create an open, luminous atmosphere. The kitchen is fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances (including a gas range and second oven), abundant cabinetry, and generous workspace. The dining area seats ten at the table, plus five counter seats, and an adjoining kitchenette table adds seating for four more.

On the main level, there are three bedrooms. The first master suite has a king bed, smart TV, direct porch access, and a spa-like bath with tub and walk-in shower. A second master offers similar comforts and porch access via French doors. A third bedroom features a queen bed and its own smart TV.

The ground level is equally thoughtful: a den opens to the pool and features a queen pull-out sofa, 60" smart TV, Blu-Ray player, and a workspace. Four additional bedrooms await: two with queen beds, one with two twins, and a dedicated bunk room with two double bunks (four twin beds). Each has its own bathroom. A laundry room with full washer/dryer and extra refrigerator rounds out the lower level.

This home includes free WiFi, smart TVs, Keurig, keyless entry, and more. The beach path is conveniently located beside the home. Please note a four-night minimum stay, pool size 26×20 (heatable for an extra fee), and that pets are not allowed.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.
