BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ
From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Check in is from 4pm-8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 1 vehicle.

Winter Guided Arrival:
- At the request of the neighborhood to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Please plan to check in by 8pm at the latest to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it.

Milly 8752 is managed by locally owned and operated property manager Cottonwood Lodging Company where the guest experience is most important. Please reach out for information about the area and other services offered by Cottonwood Lodging.

NOTE: GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE - ONE EXTERIOR PARKING SPOT ONLY. Milly 8752 is the downstairs apartment of a larger home that may be occupied by the homeowners during your stay. The apartment has a separate entrance from the main house.

Milly 8752 is the lower level of a private home, offering its own private entrance, driveway parking for one car, and everything you need for a comfortable stay in the mountains.

Gather in the inviting living room with three plush couches, cozy blankets, and a Samsung Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The open layout flows into a dining area with seating for eight, ideal for shared meals or late-night board games.


Modern Kitchen Made for Gathering

The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a fridge with water and ice maker. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a family-style dinner, this space is designed for convenience and connection.


Room to Relax and Recharge

- Primary Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, standalone soaking tub, and separate shower.
- Guest Bedroom: Two queen beds on the bottom and two twin beds on top, oriented to face each other for a fun, communal setup—perfect for families or groups.
- Sleeps 6–8 comfortably.

We had a great stay this past weekend. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our trip, which made check-in and any questions a breeze. The listing description was accurate, so everything was just as expected when we arrived. The location was amazing—steps from all the mountain activities and exactly what we were looking for in Brighton, UT. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place close to the slopes.

The host was very communicative. The house was very nice, we had an issue with the sliding shower door due to it not having a stopper to protect the glass for hitting the tile. Could use an extra cookie sheet and better storage for ski boots by the door inside. Overall great trip and would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Myself and 3 other family members stayed at Milly for 5 nights. Overall the accommodations were as advertised. You are in the basement of a main level home, which is fine since you have your own access and parking. The home was well furnished, but lacked in some areas. If you are looking for a location that has outdoor space, fireplace, or good views, then this is not the location. It is great for a basecamp to ski or do outdoor things, but not to really spend much time. The kitchen is lacking and could use additional items, and better quality items if you plan to cook much. The quality of the finish work is lacking and could use some attention to detail. The rental agency was great and very good at communicating with us prior, during, and upon arrival. I would suggest staying here in the future, but would hope that the owners stay in this themselves to see where things could improve for guests.
