La retraite escapade parfaite au sud-ouest du Colorado!

Détendez-vous et détendez-vous dans cette belle maison loin de la maison entourée de prairies, de Pinon, le genévrier et pins ponderosa. Des vues fantastiques sur les montagnes environnantes. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Mesa Verde, Durango, Silverton, Ouray, Telluride, ancienne ruines, canyons, la randonnée, le vélo, le ski, la raquette, la pêche, et le shopping!

Ce 1400 pieds carrés retraite a un plan d'étage ouvert, une vue imprenable, beaucoup de fenêtres et deux grandes lumières du ciel. Le salon a une cuisinière à gaz, un canapé-lit confortable et deux fauteuils à bascule, il y a une petite bibliothèque / coin lecture. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, double évier, Jenn Air cuisinière électrique, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et d'un réfrigérateur. Il est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisson, a également une cafetière, mixeur, gaufrier et grille-pain.

La chambre a un lit très confortable King, tiroirs de la commode, une grande chaise pivotante de deux personnes et une cuisinière à gaz. La salle de bain est très spacieuse, a comptoirs érable et une douche carrelage personnalisé.

Il ya une grande enveloppe autour de pont qui fournit vue imprenable sur les levers, couchers de soleil, et observation des étoiles.
Il ya un barbecue à gaz, deux chaise longue confortable, et une banquette.

Point de départ idéal d'accueil pour toutes vos activités de vacances, y compris des excursions à Mesa Parc Verde National, Hovenweep Monument National, Canyon des Anciens, Dolores River Canyon, Durango / Durango Silverton Train, Ouray / Box Canyon Falls, et Telluride, pour ne nommer que quelques-uns.

Profitez de la beauté à couper le souffle sur les montagnes de San Juan, à l'automne, le ski en hiver, la raquette et la pêche sur glace sur votre porte arrière. Sentiers autour du lac Summit et à travers notre forêt et les prairies de marche.

La cuisine est délicieuse et les boissons peuvent être trouvées dans nos restaurants locaux à Mancos et Dolores .... 10 minutes de voiture, et un peu plus de choix à Cortez, à seulement 20 minutes. Nous sommes à 45 minutes à Durango, 90 minutes à Telluride, deux heures à Moab, deux heures à Pagosa Springs.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was one of the highlights of our trip! The house was clean and comfortable, and we loved having dinner on the deck overlooking the meadow and mountains, watching the sunset (Zuma Foods has great prepared food to go). It was also a great location for going to Mesa Verde and Telluride.

Great retreat

We had a wonderful time staying at this place. We met the hosts who were very friendly and gave us the key and we were off and running. We would come here again as we enjoyed our stay and the lovely relaxing views.

A most enjoyable stay

Wonderful!

We stayed at Enchanted Retreat for 5 nights and loved it! My favorite part was sitting on the deck, admiring the views and watching birds come to the feeder. The property had everything we needed. I would happily stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay!

We wanted to get away for a quiet week and it was exactly what was needed. A beautiful, comfortable, well-kept home on a very large piece of land far away from the noise and commotion of every day life. Beautiful views of snow-covered mountains

Beautiful construction with outstanding views from all rooms. Birds at the feeders, flowers by the deck, covered pergola with very comfortable chairs on expansive deck. Owner/hosts helpful and available. Wifi is available, but is not secure. Great stay. Highly recommended!

Another Spectacular Stay

We keep returning to this beautiful home situated in the most incredible spot. The views are second to none, and the house is an architectural masterpiece that is absolutely immaculate. Nancy, the host, is a generous, kind person, and has stocked every drawer, closet, and cabinet with everything anyone would use to cook well and be comfortable. Amazingly tranquil location. Lots of natural beauty and wildlife. Close to so many things to do. The night sky on clear nights is amazing. We saw things we have never seen before. We now know for sure we are not alone.

Fantastic Property

We wholeheartedly agree with all of the previous five star ratings! Truly the Enchanted Retreat was designed, built, and furnished by craftsmen and artists. It is immaculately clean and maintained. Because it is on 95 acres it is so peaceful and quiet with a magnificent night sky. We are already planning our next trip.

Beautiful, serene home

Enchanted retreat was a wonderful place for our anniversary get-away. The home is designed with large windows and scenic views of the mountains, is impeccably clean, and has almost anything that a guest could need. Nancy and Tom were great hosts that accommodated us with a late night check-in after our numerous flight delays, and promptly addressed a mechanical issue. Overall we loved our stay and hope to be able to visit again.

Second visit as enchanting as the first

This was our second visit to Enchanted Retreat and it was like coming back to enjoy an old friend. We love it here. We purposely set our intentions on finding peace, solitude and relaxation. I'm from California, my husband is from Minnesota, we both lived in Arizona for many years before moving to Colorado. We love the mountains, meadows, forest and lakes that surround our home and love to share this peaceful land with other nature loving people. We look forward to meeting you and having you as our guests.

After living in this area of Colorado for many years, in 1999 we purchased this 95 acres at Summit Lake to build our home. We love this property because it's close to town, yet has the privacy and the peacefulness of the country. My husband, a home builder for 38 yrs, completed our home in 2002. Wildlife viewing is another favorite past time, as this land has deer, elk, fox, coyote, racoon, blue heron, eagles, hawks and Canadian geese, just to name a few.
Our Enchanted Retreat was completed by my husband in July 2013. Come enjoy the beauty of this land, walk our private trails, sit in nature and renew your spirit.
