We had a great time at our Pavilion Watch condo by the ocean!

Our Vacasa property was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean! We loved Folly Beach too!

It was a really good place to stay for a long weekend.

The location was perfect- close to both the beach and restaurants. My only complaint is the masterroom’s bed was quite hard and uncomfortable.

Using our hard earned money, we paid for a professionally managed vacation rental and unfortunately experienced multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout our stay. We found food and trash left behind from previous guests, significant debris (that resembled nesting material) coming from the bathroom vent multiple times, insufficient towels and washcloths, soiled hot pad holders and a balcony railing (the main issue) that concerned us enough that we avoided using part of the balcony while traveling with our 6-year-old child. After we reported it, management later said that it was confirmed the railing issue had been addressed.Considering the separate cleaning fee, we expected the property to be prepared to a much higher standard.While the Casago Charleston team ultimately increased our refund after multiple follow-ups, I was disappointed by how much persistence it took to get my concerns fully reviewed. The communication often felt generic, and I had to repeatedly reach back out for updates. I appreciate that management reconsidered the original offer, but I still don't feel the final resolution reflected the impact these issues had on our family's vacation.I don't expect perfection, but I do expect a professionally managed property to be clean, well maintained, and responsive when legitimate concerns are raised.

Great long weekend

We traveled to Folly beach for a wedding . There were 6 of us so having three bathrooms was excellent. Great location, totally walkable to everything . Would stay here again, and would highly recommend this location.

All you need at Folly Beach

Family vacation

This was a quick stop on our family vacation but well worth it! Total of 5 adults. Easy walk to the beach, which had beach service for chairs and umbrellas. We were restaurants and shops get steps away from this condo. I will be coming back to this unit on our next trip to Folly Beach.

Perfect Location

We loved the location and ease of walking the downtown folly beach restaurants, shops and pier. The view was great for being one street off the beachfront. Only critique would be the bath cabinets were peeling and carpet needs replaced. Did not stop us from really enjoying our family get together!

Nice property but needs some attention. Lights without bulbs, wood floor was sticky, I had to wash, the icemaker would not shut off, crisper drawer was broke, fan in MB didn’t work, toilet roll holder missing and all carpet needed vacuumed. Great location!

Great location right across from Beach

The location was surrounded by many bars restaurants and shops for tourists. Only a short 25 minutes drive to charleston. A condo was in great condition everyone had their own space as well as their own bathroom. Love the living room and absolutely loved the balcony which provided a great view of the ocean. Would stay there again and would highly recommend. Parking was easy and we had a space for our car with no problem.

Great location!!

Good , quick response time with property manager. My dilemma was the room number....looked like 31 when actually 3I (3i)....but CAPS were used so...confusing at check in.

Folly Beach Fun Place

AC was an issue that they remedied with multiple units for comfort. New unit was installed the day we left, so that issue is solved. Great unit with a fantastic location. Steps to the beach and multiple bars & restaurants.
