WONDERFUL third floor ocean view Condo at Folly Beach. BEST view in the building. Elevator for easy access. One block off of Center Street with many restaurants and shops. View and walk to Folly Beach Fishing Pier and ocean.

Beautifully decorated. Perfect for families. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms: 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and a set of twin beds. See attached photos. Wireless internet. 42' HD tv with cable in main room.

Many return vacationers.....

20 minutes to historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. NO SMOKING. NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO PETS.

Sorry, there is no pool. Only two parking spots per unit.

During the off season--October to March, please give me your range of spending and I will try to work with you anyway I can. For all reservations, there is a 2 night minimum, a 130.00 cleaning charge which includes towels and linens and 14% tax rate. VRBO now requires on line booking which means use of a credit card and additional fees. I have had to increase my rates on this site to accommodate this requirement. However, if you will contact me directly at darleygf@earthkink.net, I will provide a rate that is less than is posted.

Folly Fantastic!

This was our second stay at this condo and can't wait to go back! Convenient to the beach, restaurants, and downtown..We love the balcony, sat out there this morning with coffee to watch sunrise! We found it fully supplied with amenities, appliances, cable, wifi, etc and nice to have an elevator available. Our two grown daughters who live in NC and SC joined us and we are already looking forward to another Folly vacation!

Great vacation rental

My family stayed there April 6-8 and we absoultely loved it. Many many thanks to the owners bc the condo had an excellent view and all the essentials we needed. It even has an elevator. Great condo for the price that is within walking distance to everything. I would totally rent it again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Perfect Location!

What a great condo! We stayed with our two young children and the set-up was perfect. The two guest rooms in the back made it so we could enjoy the living room and beautiful balcony after the kids went to bed without worrying about being too loud. The condo was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Clean and festive decor. The best part was the location. Close to the beach (a short walking path) and close to town. We were traveling with a 3 year old and 6 year old and the location made it so we didn't once need a stroller around town or to the beach. Really close to restaurants, a small market, a liquor store and anything else you could think of. Gail was easy to work with and we're already looking forward to returning!

The location is perfect and close by everything! Very spacious and comfortable. They have thought of everything that you will need for your stay. We came down for the cooper river run and will definitely be back!

My wife Gigi and I just returned from a two week vacation at this lovely Folly Beach condo. Gail and Skip were a pleasure to work with. We found the condo clean and well appointed, the location is close to all the action. We highly recommend this delightful vacation rental.
