Ocean front view, 3 bedroom condo with large balcony and view of West Folly Beach and Kiawah. Visiting historic Charleston for the day, walk the Battery, horse drawn carriage rides through the Holy City, explore the historic slave market place, picnic at the WaterFront Park. If there is time visit an Antebellum Plantation or Mansion, adventure to the Aquarium, stop at a local hot spot to catch up on the local Charleston gossip, or take a sunset cruise in The Charleston Harbor. The property does have 2 covered off street parking spots included.

There are 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with a king size bed, guest room with a queen size bed and an additional bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a sleep sofa with a queen size pullout bed.

Nice but property is old and dirty. Owner needs to know his cleaning crew is not doing a good job.

Owner's Response: We subsequently have changed cleaning companies, however, this is the FIRST EVER NEGATIVE comment from a guest. I am not convinced that this quest would not have found something to to negatively critique. We have a very high repeat clientele percentage and the comments speak for themselves as being extremely positive, other than this isolated traveler. We take the presentation of this property very seriously and maintain it with the utmost integrity. I assure you that you will find this property clean and to your liking as All Guests have for since it being available as a rental unit. Please reach out to me with any potential inquiries.

Perfect place to get away!

We stayed in this condo unit for one month and found it to be the perfect spot. The accommodations were as they appeared on the website, and the location was ideal. A short walk to the beach, the ocean view from the balcony, and restaurants only a short walk away! It was especially nice to have a place that is pet friendly! The owner messaged us on our second day to make sure everything was ok - which was very nice. If you like to cook a lot, bring your own cookware - there is only the very basics there, but there are plenty of dishes and glassware. The unit is well-kept and clean, beds were comfortable, parking conveniently located under condo unit. We even saw dolphin from our balcony on several mornings! We’ve already checked for future available dates! If you stay here and walk up to James Gate Irish Pub, try their chicken pot pie special, and their chicken curry, and tell Sharon, the hostess, that Chris and Ray from NY sent you! She is totally entertaining! Thank you John for renting us your great place!

Great location on the beach and nicely furnished

Wonderful stay over New Years, we watched the fireworks from the beachfront balcony. John the owner was very responsive and helpful. Perfect location for the beach and the Folly Beach town, and not far from downtown Charleston. Renovated and nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!
