Complete with pool access, boardwalk beach access right across the street, this updated beach condo comes primed for carefree coastal living. Ocean Island Beach Pier, the Museum of Coastal Carolina, and some great local dining options are all about a mile from the condo. Enjoy coffee and cocktails on the breezy private balcony, or kick back inside with your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances comes ready and equipped for home cooking. There's also a dishwasher provided for easy cleanup. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Wonderful stay

Loved our stay! Close ride to the beach and perfect location to everything we needed. Communication was very easy and helpful. Home was very clean! We would recommend this to any family looking to stay in Oak island.

Nice, new home in great location

Very clean and very new home was great for a short stay. Home has everything we needed for a family 4. Centrally located and easy to get to restaurants and the beach (Walkable but not recommended). Would absolutely stay here again. Loved the house!

Second stay, still amazing.

This was our second stay at the SaltySwan, and it was just as perfect as the first. The gate at the top of the stairs remains our favorite thoughtful touch, and we noticed even more toys and board games for the kids this time. The décor is still beautiful, with a few new pieces that keep the theme while making it feel even more like home. We’ve decided this will be our family’s go-to summer vacation spot. We also loved following their Instagram page for ideas on things to do and places to eat. It made it much easier to plan with a large family.

Amazing House!!!

Our stay at the SaltySwan was nothing short of spectacular. The house's exquisite decor and comprehensive amenities made it an ideal retreat for our family of seven. We were particularly impressed with the thoughtful touches, such as the permanent retractable gate at the top of the stairs and an extra gate found in one of the bedrooms. Booking and check-in were seamless and hassle-free. The house's prime location, just a short distance from the beach, made it convenient to access local restaurants, family-friendly activities, and shopping venues. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the SaltySwan and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Lovely home

Very pretty home. Very clean and comfortable. Vacation was cut short by Tropical Storm Debby, but would return to the home if the opportunity arose again. Front door lock is very difficult and frustrating to use. Took several tries. I would suggest replacing it.
