This home is ready to be the perfect beach retreat for your family. It is warmly decorated and has an outstanding view of the ocean. There is even a three-person seat glider on the porch, designed to take the stress from your life as you watch the waves roll in.

This home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, an outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, and two large oceanfront decks. Additional highlights include a DVD player, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and three TVs.

Great vacation home!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the location right on the beach, just a few steps down and your toes are in the sand! The beds were comfy as well as the living room furniture and the kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook. The house was very quiet, little to no noise from the road. Our only real complaint was that there wasn’t an enclosed outdoor shower. Would recommend this house!

Sass Sea Haven

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Sass Sea Haven. We waited until the end of the summer and we pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves! It was quiet, relaxing, and re-energizing. The Kitchen was fully stocked - we brought a lot of stuff we didn't need because it was already there! The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was great! Highly recommend this home and would love to stay there again!

Last year was the 3rd year we stayed at 3004the location layout can39t be topped The 1st year the upstairs was hot 2nd unearned water poured into the dining room due to faulty installation of the window ac unit but last year everything was perfect Everyone especially liked having the wireless connection
