An exceptional stay awaits you at this beautiful, completely renovated top-to-bottom oceanfront home with private beach access! Interior highlights include huge windows for breathtaking ocean views, a custom kitchen with a wine fridge, vaulted ceilings, and skylights for an open, airy feeling. Renovated with the highest quality materials like coastal shiplap ceilings, marble bathrooms, granite countertops, and TREX decking on all levels. The open-concept living room, kitchen, dining area, and top-floor primary bedroom are all located on the third level with floor-to-ceiling and picture windows with incredible, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean (and a skylight with a motorized shade in the primary bedroom for stargazing). The second-floor primary bedroom also has amazing views of the ocean, while the other two second-floor bedrooms have great views of the Intercoastal Waterway. There are amazing views from every single room of the house!

Come relax on the rocking chairs, stroll on the beach, and play in the waves. This house was great! Plenty of room for our family to gather and celebrate each other and the holidays! We loved being right next to the ocean, watching the waves and dolphins, and hearing the birds and ocean. Great location and beautiful home!

Great views and accommodations.

This property deliverd all of the things you look for in a beach vacation. It's ocean front, it has its own beach access, and we really liked having a hose and outdoor shower to clean up with on the way in from the beach. Two decks gave ample.room for people to lounge. The place feels.roomy. I appreciated hav9ng two thermostats for up and downstairs. The roku tvs in each room were splendid so everyone could recharge at night in their own way. I would definitely come back again.

Family Spring break beach vaca

This house did not disappoint, the location was ideal in the middle of the island offering easy access to different restaurants, treats, and shopping. The beach was quiet and the views were amazing. Lots of space for everyone. I would take my family back again. Only bummer was hot tub was cold when we got there and took days to warm up and was struggling to stay warm.

Excellent location!

The house was beautiful and this is an excellent location. There could be a few more cooking items (pots, pans, etc.) we purchased butter knives because there was only 1. But otherwise the house was great!

We loved this house and the location! It fit our family of 7 with room to spare and was everything we were wanting! It’s right on the beach beautifully decorated and very well maintained. We had a small issue with the door lock and it was handled immediately. They checked on us to make sure it was still working. The communication was great and everyone was so friendly! We will definitely be back. Even the kids said we have to come back to this exact house next year

No after hours help…

Nice place but not clean

Location is very nice, but the cleaning was done superficially and you need to bring everything as one garbage bag and two kitchen towels were provided for 5 days. Given the price, we expected much better equipment.

This place is lovely for a great beach vacation. It has new owners have added some nice features like top notch kitchen appliances. It might be there are future improvements coming, but my recommendations would include adding curtains that completely cover the windows. Also, adding screens to the working windows would be nice. We like a softer mattress, and the master bed is extra firm, so plan on that. Someone left a large container of dishwasher pods and trash bags, which was nice. We would definitely rent again, although now that Vacasa has taken over the rates are ridiculously high.

The Home is beautifully renovated. However, we experienced an issue with the hot water (wasn't any most of the time or became scalding suddenly then back to cold), lack of privacy in bedrooms due to drapes that did not cover the slider entirely; sheer drapes in living room that didn't cover sliders; limited seating in tv area so that we had to use our beach chairs (only 4 of us..no way can 12-14 people fit in this area). It's our understanding the owners are addressing the seating and drape issues. We actually met the owners upon our arrival and they were very caring - they are not the issue here. The water issue was never resolved during our stay and Vacasa admitted they dropped the ball on it. The "local" maintenance person lived an hour and a half away from Topsail. On the third day of being promised a call from local staff, we finally received one. Then waited around for a plumber that never showed up on the last full day of our vacation. Parking is a bit of an issue for 2 cars plus driveway was littered with nails and staples that my husband had to clean up to avoid a flat tire. Hopefully in the future Vacasa will provide the necessary services that the renters - and owners - are paying them for. If not for these issues, I would give a higher rating to the house itself.

Great house… but…

The house is amazing. If you are wanting beach front and spectacular views this is the house for you. However… 1. This house has 3 flights of very steeps stairs. Getting into the house is actually dangerous. The front door is at the top of the stairs and not easily manageable. If there is anyone with difficulty climbing stairs this is not the best place. 2. For the number of people the home sleeps, the living room/kitchen is rather small. The bar stools are so high you can’t sit at the bar. I would say 4 people could watch tv comfortably together. 3. The service company Vacasa is an international company. They were actually not easy to work with. I had to call serval times for help with issues and none were resolved. The people answering the phone are not local. I was interrupted for them to come and replace a router but they never showed up. The front door doesn’t lock when you leave. 4. You will need to bring any cleaning products , hand soaps, sponges, paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags, etc. this was not provided to me.

Very nice but.......

This is a lovely home and perfectly placed on the beach. Exactly what we wanted to eliminate packing and taking everything to the beach--we could go in and out of the house all day--absolutely perfect in this regard. The disappointments were in the amenities and comfort within the home or on the deck. It's quickly clear this is a managed home never occupied by a personal owner. The living room is much smaller than it appears in the photos and aside from the couch there is only space for one other chair. There is very little space to walk between the back of the couch and the counter bar stools , again totally uncomfortable to use. Most rental properties provide several days worth of bathroom paper or paper towels. Some bathrooms had none and the others very limited sheets of toilet tissue. There were no dish towels and only one potholder. The grill that was in the garage area was in such rough shape that it couldn't be used. The property managers did replace the hose and nozzle that were leaking water and almost non-functional. They were very timely in correcting this when we called. They also provided a broom and dustpan when we requested something to help with the cleaning. A positive for Vacasa. One of the strangest problems was the shower door in the master bathroom was on backward--it left no room for you to access the opening to the shower itself because of the narrow hallways outside the shower.
