Set in a tree-filled residential neighborhood, this 3BR/2BA home is walkable to both the beach and Intracoastal Waterway.
Youll love the high ceilings, beach gear, bikes, and numerous outdoor spaces. Sip your morning coffee in a rocker on the shaded porch. Grill out on the patio or savor a crisp beverage on the screened porch. After a day of fun in the sand and surf, refresh in the outdoor shower.

The living room features vaulted ceilings and a smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Sliding doors open to the screened porch.
The dining table seats five and the kitchen bar seats two.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom provides a double vanity and a soaking tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, smart TV, and a writing desk.
The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath, a smart TV, and a selection of board games.
The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The patio under the home is equipped with a charcoal grill, gas griddle, and an enclosed outdoor shower.
The screened porch offers plenty of seating and a ceiling fan.
