Fully renovated and custom-designed for modern comfort, this Holden Beach home has everything you need and more for an unforgettable, Atlantic Coast escape. Completed in 2022, the home showcases an attractive blend of rustic charm and high-end elegance, thanks to the unfinished cedar shake and custom-fit, copper-accented exterior. This waterfront property boasts beautiful views of the Intracoastal, while multiple decks and a massive, 40-foot-by-10-foot lap pool offer endless ways to enjoy the outdoors.

1500 feet of deck space, including a top-floor observation deck, offer incredible all-day vistas from sunrise to sunset. A gas grill is equipped for waterfront cookouts. Two rustic yet modern outdoor showers - one enclosed, one open - playfully utilize imported Finnish sauna buckets as custom shower heads.

The meticulously maintained interior features a seamless display of minimalist design, with authentic mid-century furnishings and natural wood tones adding a touch of timeless style. From the gas range to the oversized table, the open-concept chef's kitchen comes thoughtfully designed and fully equipped for mealtime preparation and dinner party entertaining. A modern gas fireplace and comfortable seating set the stage for group gatherings in the family room. The upstairs lounge is ready to host anything from remote working to happy hours, with features including an office area, a large smart TV, and a wet bar equipped with an under-the-counter fridge/freezer and a second dishwasher.

All bedrooms feature en suite bathroom access and a private deck.

Perfect family house

We stayed here with three toddlers and it was perfect for us. Wish we could’ve stayed an extra night, once we got there we realized how perfect it was and easy to get to the beach.

Great stay!

Ike's Place was perfect for our stay in Holden Beach. It is in a great location where you can see the marsh and the ocean. It was right around the corner from the beach and was immaculately clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay there again!

Quick trip

Very clean and perfect property at a reasonable rate for a quick beach trip. Only a short walk to public access beach to beach on nice and quiet Holden beach.

Beautiful home on quiet street close to beach

Had plenty of room for our family. We especially loved the screened in porch. The house was fully stocked with the things you need if you chose to cook dinners instead of eating out every night. Definitely will stay here again next year!

Loved Ike’s Place

Beautifully decorated. Loved screened in porch. Everything was there including sheets, beach chairs, and bath towels, which wasn’t in the description so unfortunately we brought. My nieces had a sleep over and loved the bunk beds.

Loved the house but felt the rental company could give more info about the key pickup. Having all the renters turn up at 4pm and not having a clue what was going on could have been avoided

The perfect 2 week get away for my family. Vacasa made it easy with fresh sheets for prepare beds, starter kits for kitchen and clean bath towels. The house was perfect for my family. We ate outside on our screened in porch every evening. We thought enjoyed having our girls and our little grandsons that will be 3. The love of Holden Beach continues through the next generations...IKE's Place is the perfect rental to do it!

Weekend stay, 2 families here for a memorial service

Ike's Place was a welcome respite for our two families. We came with 4 young adult children, home from school/college, and our visit to Holden Beach was for a somber occasion. But, the gathering space upstairs, indoors and out, made for a great chance to catch up and have wonderful conversations. Only two comments: more glasses/cups would have been nice, and an extra trash bag to tote out all the garbage from 8 people! Otherwise, Ike's Place was comfortable, relaxing, clean, and just what our families needed. Thank you!

Live cockroach in upstairs front bedroom discovered on day 2, dirty sock in same bedroom that did not belong to us; dirt under/behind dresser in upstairs rear bedroom; loved the baby gates! We had to purchase (and left) outlet covers. We used rubber bands to keep our curious 16 month old out of the kitchen cabinets. Loved the screened in porches. Location was great. We arrived at 4 pm on day 1 and cleaning crew was still there. On last day cleaning crew arrived around 9:15 ish (we thought check out was 10 am on last day). The living room furniture was dirty and could use a thorough cleaning. The house was great for our use, but could use a good deep cleaning and we would consider returning. Thank you for listening to our feedback!

Almost perfect

The house was beautifully decorated and obviously well maintained. The kitchen has almost every gadget imaginable, including 2 Bundt pans if you have the desire to bake while on vacation! One issue for us was that the dining & sitting areas were barely large enough to accommodate 4 adults & 2 children, even though the property is listed as being suitable for 10 people. Of course we were there during Thanksgiving when the weather was damp & chilly, so we couldn't spill out onto the porch & deck. The other problem was the photos showed a view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the house but more houses must have been built since they were taken, as there is no "view" of anything except other houses from the main floor. The house is only a short walk from the beach but we were not sure where the public beach access would be during the high season, as much of the beachfront is private property.
