​​​​​​​Welcome to this cozy two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath duplex located in the heart of the historic town of Port Royal, South Carolina. Perfectly situated within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and the Port Royal Brewery, this home offers the ideal Lowcountry getaway.

The first floor features an inviting living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bath. Step outside to the back porch with seating and a small fenced-in yard complete with a charcoal grill — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the guest bedroom features two twin beds. Both rooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

This home is pet-friendly (one dog only, pet fee of $300 non-refundable applies) and includes parking for up to two vehicles.

Conveniently located near Parris Island, downtown Beaufort, and Sands Beach, this charming duplex is an excellent home base for your Lowcountry adventure. Sleeps 4 guests maximum. No Parties or Events Allowed. Must be 25 years of age to book.

The beds were fantastic. It is the cutest little cottage ever. The only issue I had is if my husband wasn’t there I could not turn on the shower. The owner was goin to send in a plumber. Thanks for the stay
