You're conveniently located only minutes from the Adidas Headquarters, downtown, and the rest of the city.

This brand-new, two-story modern cottage, is where sustainable design meets effortless living. Spanning 900 square feet, the open-concept layout is enhanced by high ceilings, luxury finishes, and an abundance of natural light.

The home features two serene bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two full bathrooms, including an en-suite master with a elegant tiled shower and vanity. You'll find custom built-ins, slab quartz countertops, and new stainless steel appliances throughout, complemented by a dedicated laundry area with a new washer and dryer.

Relax in the full sized living area complete with 65” smart TV, Netflix, and Portland travel books. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare simple meals at home with complimentary Nespresso coffee and Smith Teamaker.

The house is in a perfect location to enjoy all of the Mississippi St shops and eateries. Street parking can be a challenge, but everything was in walking distance for us. The house was on point and exactly as described. The host had great communication throughout our stay.

The house was very clean, bathrooms sparkling. Everything looked new. Beds were great. Convenient to all Mississippi locations.It could use more dishes, There were 4 of us and we needed to hand wash the dishes or run the dishwasher with a very small load in order to have enough plates, glasses and cups for the next meal. There needs to be more of an inventory of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc for those of us staying more than a couple of days. The owner was responsive to our needs but I was having trouble communicating with her, maybe because I couldn't get on the VBRO app and we were emailing. The listing said no smoking in the house but we found out that there was no smoking in the yard, so plan on going out to the street if you are a smoker. The house is tucked away behind another house, which made it hard to find when we arrived late at night and somehow I didn't get the address, just a spot on the map. I think it is good value for the price and the owner is motivated to have the stay be a good experience.
