Just 18 minutes from Del Norte, this cabin makes the perfect adventure base: the Penitente Canyon and La Ventana Natural Arch are out back. Ride ATVs & motorcycles in the Rio Grande National Forest, go fishing, or see the Great Sand Dunes.

About the House
This is a little house sitting on 18 acre land. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bath, living area, a small dining table and a full kitchen. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the chair turns into a single sleeper bed. Stowed away is spare single folding bed + mattress too and a spare sleeping bag. This is our second home, so while this house is basic, it does have all the necessities for a simple living.

- For the spare single folding bed + mattress: the mattress is very firm.
- For the chair turns into a single bed; it is small

Dispose all kitchen & bathroom trash using the bear–resistant bin outside / Wash dishes / Don't leave food in the counter Turn off stove, oven, small appliance, lights, ceiling fan
Close windows, lock doors Lock door; Return the key to the lockbox, close it securely, and scramble the code (unless explicitly told not to)
