Enjoy the 4 bicycles, 4 kayaks, with 2 being tandem, and an outdoor shower to enjoy after a day of adventure!

With ample parking, including space for your boat trailer, you'll love the convenience of a local boat ramp just 1 mile away. Direct access to the ocean and fresh water springs a large floating dock with fish cleaning station, fresh water hoses, and dock power to make your stay even more hassle-free. The dock and/or seawall can accommodate boats up to 34ft. Ice machine on the property as well!

Jeff’s Crystal River home was even better than the photos! It’s beautiful, cozy, and perfectly equipped. We spent our days kayaking on the crystal-clear river, fishing right from the private dock (caught some nice catfish and redfish!), riding the bikes around was amazing, many places to visit close by.We also enjoyed evenings around the fire pit.Jeff was an incredibly kind and helpful host. We’re already sad to leave, but we’ll carry these peaceful memories forever. Thank you for everything — we hope to come back someday!Román & family
