Just a short 2-minute stroll from the quiet, white sandy beaches of Long Beach, Mississippi, this brand-new elegant and luxurious 2024 beach house offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. From the spacious covered patio/deck, you can catch a view of the Gulf—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Located near the wonderful Mississippi Aquarium, you’ll also find yourself just:

* ½ mile to Walmart for quick essentials
* 10 minutes to charming Bay St. Louis
* 15 minutes to lively Biloxi/Gulfport (the “Vegas of the Gulf Coast”)
* Just over an hour to New Orleans with its food, culture, and history

**The Space**
Designed for comfort and relaxation, this newly built 3 bedroom home features modern finishes, elegant styling and plenty of natural light. With a spacious layout, it’s ideal for family vacations, group getaways, or even a peaceful retreat.

Can comfortably sleep 7. We also have a pack and play/travel crib as well as 2 air mattresses available. If your group is larger than 7, please include that in your reservation request and we can discuss if the additional sleeping options will work for you!

Inside, you’ll find:

* A fully equipped kitchen - with a spacious island and a table fit for large family style dining
* Cozy living spaces with games and puzzles for family fun

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bring all used towels into the laundry room and start a load. Detergent is in the glass jar.
Leave all beds that have been slept in unmade. Please do not strip the beds. Take all garbage outside to the bins underneath the house.
Do not leave any dishes in the sink. Please start a load of dishes if needed, pods are located underneath the kitchen sink. You may leave the AC set, do not turn off. Turn off all lights and fans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must be 25 years or older to book. We require a photo of your valid government ID within 24 hours of booking and the names of all guests.
Absolutely no parking allowed on grass or street. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside, otherwise an indoor smoking fee will be charged.
No usage of lift. Stairs are required as this is an elevated home. Guests are responsible for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises.

I have rented quite a few properties in the past, and this one exceeded all expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. Starting with the street…a very quiet dead-end with beautiful homes. The views of the Gulf are terrific from the front porch, with really great chairs for morning coffee. If you stay waterfront in Long Beach, the highway noise it’s really loud. Just beware. This is the best case scenario… still get the views, but also the peace and quiet. The furniture is clean and comfortable, not short term quality. The bathrooms are great and beds super comfortable. If back in Gulfport again, this will be my go-to.
