Unwind and enjoy your getaway in this bright and peaceful 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo just a quick 2-minute walk to private access onto the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the quiet balcony, enjoy the comforts of home in the full kitchen and living room, and let the kids feel cool, enjoying their own cozy bunkbeds. Everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay: on-site restaurants, kid-friendly play areas, sparkling pools, a lively beach bar, ice-cream hut, picnic areas, fitness center, tennis and pickleball, and even a scenic lake where you can cast a line and enjoy the scenery, all tucked inside a safe, 24-hour gated community.

Attention to detail has proven affective here, creating a calm, inviting space, with all the comforts of home away from home.

Starting with the primary bedroom, you'll find a comfy Queen that is adjustable up and down for those easy nights with a good book or perfect for binging your favorite shows from bed. A sliding glass barn door glides over the open closet with plenty of storage space, in addition to the tall dresser and nightstands. You'll find extra blankets here as well. There's an entry door into the bathroom directly from your room. Additional access to the bathroom is direct from the hallway. Stay comfortable with the remote controlled ceiling fan.

The two cot-sized bunks are just outside the primary bedroom door... the kids will enjoy these! There's a bunk ladder and guard rail on the top bunk.

Enter the full bath, with tub/shower combo. There's storage under the sink, and thoughtfully placed shelves throughout for your personal items. Don't brig the hairdryer, there's one here.

You'll have a beach gear closet in the hallway across from the bathroom. Here you'll find cleaning tools, iron, ironing board, vacuum, beach chairs, and a cooler bag. There's more space here for whatever extras you need to store.

The Nest thermostat is located in the hallway for your customizable comfort with central AC and Heat.

Now you'll enter the living room, eating area, and full kitchen. There's a ceiling fan in here as well. You'll find all the amenities you'd expect to see in a kitchen. Blender, coffee maker, both drip and pod acceptable, hand mixer, crock pot slow cooker, toaster, grilling tools for the on-site BBQ areas, pots, pans, glasses, dishes, utensils, etc. are all here for your use. Full size refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave.

In the living room, you'll find an open and close style dining table, large enough for the whole family. There's books, games, puzzles, and a smart TV to relax in front of.

The private balcony is off the living room, perfect for any time of day. At night you can hear the waves, and during the day, you get a great peak of the ocean.

As for the resort....

We are a gated - secured - beachfront resort with private access points to the beach from behind our resort gate, just steps from our condo.

Pickleball and Tennis courts, fitness room, on site restaurants, beach bar, ice cream stand, pizza, 2 outdoor beachside pools and a kiddie pool, BBQ areas, playground, lake, handball/paddleball court, and on-site bike rentals are some of the things you can expect to enjoy while you are here.

There is an island trolley called The Breeze Trolley, it is FREE, and we have a stop right in front of the resort. The Breeze stops all over the island, so you wont miss a thing, even if you don't have a vehicle.

Grocery stores, shopping, and dining are yours for the adventure, all just moments outside the resort. There's a Mini-Golf course two minutes down the road too.
