This place has lots of character and it is in the most beautiful location. The house is a bit older so expect not everything to function perfectly but it was no big issue and it’s a lovely place to stay.

Beautiful, large property right on the water. The house was gorgeous, with many historic details and plenty of space to gather. The host was very helpful and communicative, and we had everything we needed for a great girls' weekend away!

What a unique house and property. Over the 3 days we stayed we kept discovering new things we hadn't seen. We might have added a few new pieces of decor This was a wonderful house for our girls trip, the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Thanks for an amazing experience

So chic and artsy! We loved all of the stain glass throughout the house, and being so close to downtown as well as hiking trails was lovely!

It's really a cool house with plants, stained glass, and interesting artwork. It has a bit of a cluttered feel, which may not be for everyone, but we really enjoyed all the eye candy. The yard is beautiful too, with a bunch of interesting features and a nice view of the mountains to the west, and it sits on an embankment right above the Arkansas River. It's very private, yet just a couple minutes' drive into town for groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Hot springs just a few minutes away as well, though with the hot tub in the backyard, it didn't feel necessary for us. The caretaker was also responsive and attentive. I'd definitely choose this house again!

The property is absolutely beautiful, and so is the house! We loved being next to the river, the provided hiking poles, and the dog friendly property. The host was extremely responsive and easy to reach, which made the check-in and check-out process extremely smooth! The only thing that would hinder my decision to stay here again is the quality of the beds - my friends and I all had the same experience where they sloped in towards the middle with two people sharing the bed. If the beds were replaced, we would be here again in an instant!

House was clean however the mattress on the pullout couch could use a good cleaning and some of the dishes in the cupboards needed to be washed when we pulled them out. Mark the host was a great guy and was very helpful and very informative. I would definitely stay here again. One thing I would mention is that if you have older guests there are several stairs and trip hazards in the house and the cobblestone walkways may be difficult for them. But the place is beautiful with great privacy and access to the river. This place is awesome!

The host was awesome, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The Arkansas river is literally right behind this house. A private and very beautiful setting.The house is very unique. A bit dated but fun. The bathroom upstairs is small with a very small shower (usable, but small).
