Welcome to your Seattle retreat in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood near UW, Children’s Hospital, and Lake Washington. This 1930s home blends historic charm with modern design—bright rooms and a sunny deck with peek-a-boo lake views.
Upstairs: two serene bedrooms and two baths. Downstairs: a study that doubles as a third sleeping space or office. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and free parking. Adjustable desks for remote work are available both upstairs and downstairs.
(Hosts live quietly in a separate basement apartment with private entry)

Guest have full access to the first and second floors of the house, including a deck and balcony off the master bedroom.

Laurelhurst is a quiet neighborhood of tree-lined streets in NE Seattle. It is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the light rail station. Within easy walking distance, there is the UW Botanical Garden, a great lakeside park for walking or jogging, the Burke-Gilman trail which lets you walk or ride your bike all the way across town, bagel bakeries, a beer garden, a big cafe perfect for studying or meeting friends, a grocery store and University Village, an upscale open-air shopping mall with restaurants, bars, and fancy stores.
