Exterior was a dump, appears to be neglected with over grown weeds everywhere and spare gutters leaning against the building in the patio area. After entering, it was a relief to have an incredibly clean interior, and nice beds. The unit as a whole is not spacious enough for amount it sleeps. Feels like staying in a basement. Disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad the interior cleanliness and beds met your expectations, but we're truly sorry the exterior appearance and overall layout didn't match what you hoped for. Your concerns about the neglected landscaping and storage items are valid, and we're taking this seriously. We'll address the exterior maintenance immediately and work on better organizing the patio area. We appreciate you giving us the chance to improve. We'd welcome the opportunity to host you again once we've made these upgrades.
