A nice clean modern condo with all the amenities you need. College avenue is a block away and takes you straight to downtown. Favorite restaurant Jacx for seafood and best breakfast Silver Dollar.

Lovely apartment which was comfortable and immaculate. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook in, however it was well stocked. Appliances were new and having a full size washer and dryer was great. The balcony had a beautiful view of the foothills. The host was awesome. Responded immediately to any questions we had. Very impressed with Susie! Would definitely stay here again.
