Fabulous ocean view in the heart of Daytona Beach. 3rd floor studio . Walk to amusement parks, restaurants, shops for the perfect getaway. Wall to wall ocean views, small balcony, microwave, mini- fridge. Free wi-fi & cable tv. Memory foam king size bed . Sunny & clean! Direct beach access from pool deck. POOL subject to closure for ongoing repairs. I am licensed for short term rentals & condo is licensed and inspected by the City of Daytona Beach. No worries!
The space
1st time staying at an VRBO? We are sharing our 2nd home and do not pretend to be a hotel! Think of it as visiting a friend's place.
You will find a freshly made up bed and we include 2 sets of towels per registered guest. We do not have daily linen service or housekeeping services during your stay. There is a laundry room on premise with coin-operated machines as well as snack machines and an ice maker for your convenience.
Note: our WI-FI is provided by Spectrum. We are not responsible for occasional outages.
A relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with the comforts of home is what we offer. Some folks prefer a hotel and there are many to choose from...but this is not a hotel. We think It is so much more....
Great restaurants up and down the beach. Walk to Main St, Ocean Center, Daytona Lagoon waterpark and more. Thru the summer enjoy free concerts every Friday and Saturday at the Bandshell followed on Sat by fireworks off the Pier...which you can enjoy right from the property

Located in the heart of Daytona, the Daytona Inn originally built in the 60s as a motel has since become condos. Each condo unit is unique because each owner decorates to their own taste!
Pets are not allowed by the Condo Association. We follow ADA guidelines regarding service animals. However if we find that a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the case of eviction, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
Please review all the pictures for the best description of what to expect in your stay inside this condo.
We ask you to take a look around when you arrive. If you notice anything out of order, please let us know. Additionally, if there are any maintenance issues that come up during your stay, please contact Angie or Janice. We are your first contact for any problems and the quickest way to a resolution. Thank you!
And last, please do not change any TV settings or plug in any devices to the the TV's
Guest access
Parking and Regulations: Each reservation includes ONE parking pass for a single vehicle. Additional vehicles must utilize paid public parking in one of the nearby lots, which range from $5 to $20. Please adhere to the Daytona City Ordinance, as trailers are not permitted to be parked on the property. Kindly display the parking permit inside your vehicle on the driver's side throughout your stay and return it to the condo before leaving to avoid a replacement fee of $50.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed by the Condo Association. However, we follow ADA guidelines regarding service animals. If we discover that a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution and evict the guest(s) without further notice. In such cases, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent
Front Desk and Housekeeping: Unlike traditional resorts, we do not provide Front Desk or Housekeeping services. If you require any assistance or supplies during your stay, we, the Owners, are here to help. Please refrain from approaching the Front Desk or any onsite personnel for these matters.
Pool and Pool Deck/Direct Beach Access. Pool is OPEN as of 9/23/2023.
Other things to note
Check-In and Assistance: There's no need to check in at the front desk. You will receive an electronic lock code to access the condo. You will go straight to the condo where you will find the parking pass. If you encounter any issues upon check-in, please contact us directly rather than VRBO for prompt assistance.
Please keep in mind that we have a ZERO tolerance policy for violations of short-term rental ordinances and our house rules. The listed occupancy on the agreement is the maximum allowed in the property, and no additional guests are permitted over night. We do welcome you to have guests during the day but they will have to find alternative parking.
We hope you enjoy your stay at our beach condo, which offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, akin to visiting a friend's place. While it may not be a hotel, we believe it offers so much more.
