The open living area flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to settle in from day one. Stream your favorite shows on the TV, stay connected on fast Wi-Fi, or spread out and work remotely - the space handles it all. When the day winds down, step out to your private back porch, take a seat, and let the evening air do the rest.

Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms are furnished and set up for restful nights after full days out. The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably, with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage all taken care of. A Pack 'n Play/travel crib is also available for families traveling with little ones.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided. Start mornings with fresh coffee before heading out, and come back to a home-cooked meal when you need a break from dining out.

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms mean no waiting around in the mornings. Both are stocked with shampoo, body soap, hot water, and a hair dryer. A bathtub is available if you want to soak after a long day on the water.

One of the standout perks here is what's waiting for you to grab and go - complimentary surfboards, beach-cruiser bikes, and fishing poles are included for your stay. An in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter and still stay fresh throughout your trip. Free parking is available on the premises. The apartment is single-level with no stairs, and self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy. Pets are welcome.

You're in the heart of Cocoa Beach, close to local dining, beach bars, cafes, and boutiques. Cocoa Beach Pier is a short drive away. Ron Jon Surf Shop is about 10 minutes out, and Port Canaveral - with its waterfront restaurants, boat tours, and cruise terminals - is roughly 15 minutes from the apartment.



Note: While we love all furry friends, this unit is dog-friendly only and limited to pups under 20 lbs.

Getting Around:

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Walking distance to downtown area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay, and it's limited to pups under 20 pounds.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
