The drive to the Swanky Fox is a peaceful and beautiful adventure through the Aska Adventure Area. It meanders through lush forest, with multiple hiking trails along the way, bordering the Toccoa River with several places to stop and take in the sights and sounds of nature!



The cabin is 25 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and is located in a private gated community with little traffic to interfere with your mountain escape. It is accessible via paved roads and the driveway is level with parking for up to two vehicles. Be sure to check out the guest book for restaurants and other activities just minutes from the cabin.



Entrance is directly up the four small steps. A code will be provided 1 day before your arrival. You will enter directly into the living space with the gourmet kitchen to your right and cozy living room to your left.



The inviting living room has a reclining sofa, chair, side tables, lamps, area rug, gas fireplace and smart TV! The perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show or read that perfect novel!



The large spacious kitchen has all stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven), center island with three barstools and ample cabinet/counter space to prepare meals and store away items. A pantry is located behind the dining table for four and has multiple shelves for all your goodies!



The king master suite bedroom is on the main level to the left of the hallway. It provides a wonderful private escape for the perfect night's sleep. It features side tables, lamps, area rug, dresser, bench and 55” smart TV.



The bathroom has a walk-in shower, single vanity and walk-in closet.



You will love the large spacious main level deck offering a wood burning fireplace, smart TV, seating area, coffee table, dining table for six and gas grill for the BBQ master! Wood is provided for the fireplace. Please respect other guests and use what you need so others can enjoy it as well.



The deck can be fenced off for safety for your children or fur babies as well. It has a unique wire attachment that you just move to the stair opening.



Venture downstairs to the other living space with a hand crafted bar top table, futon, 55” smart TV, gas fireplace, wet bar with mini fridge, hot tub towels and foosball table. It also has multiple games for family fun or friendly competition. The futon will sleep two additional guests for a total of 6 if needed.



The second bedroom is just to the left of the hallway. It has a queen bed, sitting chair, dresser, side tables, lamps, and smart TV.



The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. It has a single vanity and tub/shower combo.



The laundry room is also located on the lower level in the hallway. It has a full size washer/dryer (laundry pods provided), blower for the fall leaves, and cleaning supplies if needed.



The lower deck is sure to be a favorite with a 5 person hot tub (hot tub towels provided), four person dining table, day bed and two additional chairs to relax and take everything in. A cornhole game and our version of a ring toss game are provided for entertainment!



This is a family friendly cabin that offers a pack-n-play and high chair for your convenience. To complete the family, we welcome your fur babies and want them to be included as well. You can have up to two dogs, 50 lbs each. The owners respectfully request that you keep them off the beds and furniture. Small dog bowls are also available.



Swanky Fox is an excellent location for families, couples looking for that romantic escape or friends looking to spend time together. It provides a modern feel, with rustic charm and well is just Swanky!

Guest Access:

Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.



The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet



The Neighborhood:

Swanky Fox is located in a gated community of the Aska Adventure Area. It is the first cabin on the left as you go up the hill from the gate. It is accessible via all paved roads with some normal turns and inclines in the mountains.



It does face the road that you came in on but traffic is very light.

Pets:

Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture.



Trash and Litter:

Trash pickup service is provided on Wednesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:

Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.
