Step Right Out To The sand and Ocean


Our 2 bedroom is a ground floor, No stairs! End unit in a low rise building
You will enjoy your stay in this 2 bedroom with nothing between your condo and the ocean but sand. Relax in the living room with 2 sofas, dining for 4, TV and stereo and full view and access to the ocean. Bedroom one has a queen bed, second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Kitchen has all the standard appliances, dishes and cook ware. Bathroom is a standard bath with tub shower combo. This is our family get away. We now want to share it with you as we do extensive travel elsewhere.

THERE IS ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. THE CITY IS VERY ACTIVE WITH TOWING. WE WILL ALSO TOW ANY EXTRA VEHICLE SO THAT GUEST CAN PARK.

IF YOU HAVE A DOG FOR consideration, please give me that information at time of inquiry. I need age, breed, size.

WE DO NOT take 2 large dogs in a unit between May 15-September 15

Cozy peaceful stay by the sea

We loved being able to just walk over the berm and onto the beach. Ate meals on the deck just outside the unit and we were amazed at how great the pots and pans were for a rental.

Great Beach Condo

I came to stay with my 16 son for 4 nights and just needed a casual place on the beach with a say parking. Older building but very clean and didn’t hear any neighbors around us. I love the North Myrtle Beach location and reasonable rates for the full Summer season. Comfortable beds and furniture. I would stay again

Is an old building but is kept in good condition. Looks just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. Equipped with all needed for a good vacation. The only downside is that I would like to have a grill on the deck. Steps from the beach, and excellent communication with manager. Good deal, I would recommend!

Relaxing Stay

Older but well cared for condo! This was our second year in this same unit. Very clean, and have never seen a single bug! Love that they allow dogs. They could update the double bed mattress in the smaller bedroom to make it more comfortable, however, it would never stop us from staying there!! Convenient to everything.

Best place I have ever stayed

It was perfect!!!! Easy parking, out the door and onto the beach. Plenty of towels and wash clothes, Beds were great. The sitting area was great. Perfect place to stay with your dog. It was a very dog friendly community of people staying. Everyone was very nice and friendly which made it an extra special stay. I can’t say enough about it. Exceeded my expectations

We loved our stay. The property is on the beach but is located in a quieter area. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. We experienced car issues while we were there. The owner responded immediately to my inquiry regarding the need for an additional day. Our stay couldn’t have been better.

Perfect for pet friendly ocean visit

Very clean, comfortable beds, all needed items supplied, beautiful deck for sunning or sitting and listening to the ocean. Parking lot is tight; we drove a Yukon and it was TIGHT getting out when the lot was full.

Nice Older Property

Nice older property and oceanfront! Felt comfortable and safe and loved the location! Close to activities and restaurants without being overcrowded. Some upgrades done and appreciated! Loved the fenced in deck and appreciated the ability to bring our small dog! Very friendly and attentive owner/contacts! Would definitely stay there again!

The place was okay. It was great in that you can bring your dog. Overall the place was nice but does only have window units for ac and one bedroom has no unit just has to rely on the living room ac to get cool. Dishes in the cupboard weren’t clean and looked to be just thrown in there so we went ahead and washed them to be safe. Host should make sure there is hand soap there and toilet paper had to go buy our own. If the person cleaning the place could just double check these things guest will have a better experience. Just some helpful advice!

Great place for the price & loved being able to bring our dogs! Everyone renting there was friendly! Only thing that took some getting used to was the air conditioner in the master bedroom was a little loud. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!!

Cherry Grove

This is a great property. It's stones throw from the water and not overly crowded. The only negative is the parking. The lot is small and off street parking is not an option near the property. The accommodations were fantastic along with the large sitting area/deck.
