Welcome to the opportunity of being able to enjoy a truly fabulous home away from home experience. This fantastic pool home is equipped and ready to be enjoyed by you. The home is located on a quiet street with no front neighbors, but a nice lake hidden behind beautiful trees. If you or someone in your family enjoys fishing this is perfect for them. Right from the door step you will feel welcomed. Once you enter through the doorway you will be surprised at how clean this home is and how well furnished and decorated it is. There is a lot of space in this home and equipped with everything you need whether you are on a vacation or you are using this home as a corporate stay.

You have three bedrooms and 2 baths that include a master with walk in closet and private full bath, TV, a queen bed. Guest bedroom #1 has two single beds, guest bedroom #2 has a full bed that sleeps two, TV, and a private pool entrance. The living room couch has a pull out full bed that sleeps two people. You can sleep a total of 8 people in this home. The dining rooms leads to French doors that take you to the private fenced in backyard. The covered patio is covered with seating and leads to a large screen enclosed pool with more seating for outdoor lounging. Do you enjoy cooking outside? There is a charcoal grill for your use!

LOCATION: 5 min from interstate I4, just 30-45 min from New Smyrna beach and Daytona beach. Looking to go to Disney, Universal Studios, this home is just 45 min east of there. If you enjoy outdoor experiences this home is just 15 min from Blue Springs and only few minutes from many awesome parks with trails. If you have a boat or jet skis there are a few boating docks very local. This home is located close to Lake Monroe. If you are looking for shopping there are many stores in Orange City that is just 5 minutes from this house, or you can go to the Daytona outlets which are 30 min east on I4 from this home.

Everything was clean. The Only problem was with the bedroom by the washer & Dryer - strong gas smell in the room. We opened the garage door and pool door to air out the room then closed the door and placed a towel under the door to make sure gas smell didn't come back in.

Kids and grandkids loved the place especially the pool! Everyone had their own space. Close enough to attractions to not be a hassle. A great place to relax.

We had such a nice time in this rental. Easy check in/out for this property. Clean, close to shopping and interstate, household needs well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Despite the change of weather and heavy rains, we still had time enjoy the pool! Would stay here again.

Host was easily able to contact and quick, friendly responses. The house was organized and clean. The pool was great, ready to use upon our arrival. Plenty of towels, sheets and kitchen items. This property is super clean! Plenty of room for 8 adults. Pool is bigger than the pictures represent. Perfect for pets with fenced in yard. Property is centered within everything. Beach is 35 minutes, Downtown is close, restaurants and entertainment is within 20 minutes. I can't say enough about how nice this place is! Property manager is timely and great to correspond with. You can tell they really want you to make the place your own and enjoy your stay! Thank You!

Just needed a place to sleep with my husband and dog.

Overall my stay was great, other than my issue with booking. Website had property available on Saturday, however 3 days prior to our arrival I noticed an email canceling our reservation. . Now I'm in full panic, because we have no where to keep the dog! However the owner (God Bless her) offered a temporary place for us to stay until Monday. Thank you. Place is emulate. Lots of Lysol..love this Recommendations: fix ice maker.

Wonderful Getaway

Our family took a quarantine vaca and stayed at this sweet house! It was clean, the pool was amazing, and I cannot rave enough about how helpful and accommodating the property owners are. There were even board games for the kids to play! It was a 10 out of 10 experience! I highly recommend and will stay here again when visiting central Florida.

The property was beautiful and efficient, great for families but could've been a little more clean as far as specifics. As well as necessary items in the home should have been there, I'd suggest complimentary food items to cook with such as seasonings and bowls, etc. We had a great stay other than the inconvenience of the pool, which hopefully the next family doesn't have to go through.

The home is very equipped, this is the 1at ever heard someone say other. The home is exceptionally clean actually you left my home disgusting. Filthy everywhere. The pool screen enclosure was being installed new sorry for that. I would never rent to these vacationers ever again. It took 6 hours, and 3 people to clean the house after these guests left. Caution before renting too them.
