Great property! Very close to base area, just a quick 2 minute walk! Only improvement I would offer is to include more instruction on use of all of the wonderful electronic equipment available. If we stayed more than one night, this could have been problematic.

Thank you for the five-star review! Glad Fraser Crossing 3302 was conveniently located near the base area and that you enjoyed its amenities. We appreciate the helpful feedback regarding the electronic equipment instructions and will look for ways to make them clearer for future stays. Thank you for choosing Stay Winter Park.
Everything was set up well. Amenities were everything we needed, and didn’t realize we wanted. Place was very clean and had plenty of creature comforts. Location was easy to get to and convenient. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Thank you for the 5-star review! We’re happy you enjoyed your stay and would love to host you again.
Overall, everything was great. Location right across from the slopes was great for skiing with our 3 kids. The bedrooms were good size and the kitchen had all the needed items. The only issue we had was the with the couch bed. It was a bit older and the feet were above your head while sleeping.

Thank you for your 4‑star review. Glad the location worked well for skiing with your kids, and that the bedrooms and kitchen met your needs. Sorry the sofa bed was uncomfortable — we’ve passed your feedback to our team as we evaluate replacement or repairs. Hope to host you again at Stay Winter Park.
Be advised: No air conditioning in these units. We stayed mid July. Mountain air was very cool with windows open, so no AC needed. But if there was a hot spell that might be a problem. Also, there are train tracks within 500 feet of the windows, so at night - with windows open for the cool air - you get the noise of the trains that pass by several times each day & night. No whistles but screeching from steel wheels on steel rails along with the deep bass rumbling of the locomotive engines at the front & rear of the rail cars. We found it charming, but it did wake us most every night of our stay. The unit & entire property itself was great. Security was tight. Be sure you understand the parking rules, fees & security codes. There are ice machines in the property hallways!

Thank you for the five-star review, Dan! Glad Fraser Crossing 3302 worked well for you. Sorry the lack of air conditioning could be a concern in hotter weather — glad the mountain air kept things comfortable during your stay. Appreciate the note about the nearby train noise and how it affected your nights; we’ll make sure the listing and arrival information emphasize the proximity to the tracks so future guests can plan accordingly. Happy to hear the unit, property security, parking setup, and ice machines were helpful. We appreciate you choosing Stay Winter Park and would love to host you again.
