The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-All trash (including lanai) & recyclables in trash bins. -Dirty dishes in dishwasher & start cycle -Dirty laundry/towels in provided laundry bins -Clean up all pet waste and dispose of in trash bin
We respectfully ask to tidy up and please return all items that were used back to their original place. This will help make it easier for our next guest and us to locate things.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please don't move or use the iPad for personal use. Do not log out of account or download anything. iPad is there for apps to be used within the house

Beautiful views and a wonderful home! The house had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect vacation. We spent the week relaxing, making memories, and doing exactly what we had hoped for. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future.
