Great location, easy access to the beach, very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, everything was as described and shown.

The house had everything a group would want. The rooms were well furnished and lot of place for 4 families to spend time. The beach was very close and everything was great. The only issue we he was with many little cockroaches running around the kitchen and the bed rooms. It really needs a good pest treatment.

This home does get monthly pest control treatments; however with August being so very rainy it is not unusual to see palmetto bugs. We stayed in this house for the week of Memorial Say with three generations of family. It was perfect for our whole group, who range in age from 1 to 80 years old. The location was fantastic with just a short walk to the beach, pool, tennis courts, trolley stop, and South Beach Marina. The house was exactly as described, and if offered plenty of room for us to spread out comfortably. The extra refrigerator on the patio as well as the prep area and wine cooler in the wet bar came in handy, and we spent many hours on the screened in porch. Many thanks for a fantastic and memorable stay in Sea Pines!

We had six adults and six children from 16 to 4. The rooms accommodated us well with private and group spaces. The bunk bed room was a big hit! The small, heated, community pool was welcome in April and the quick walk to the beach was very convenient. We walked to Salty Dog for ice cream several evenings. Only quibble was the house was sized for many, yet the dining table only really sat 8. We squeezed in but it was good we had some small people!

Fabulous Home for a large family vacation!
This was a fantastic home in a terrific location for our families vacation. We had 14 people and plenty of room! This house is top end and well appointed. We would be hard pressed to find anything to complain about. The app provided by the management company was easy to use and very helpful. The house was spotless and still felt new. You have all of the amenities necessary for a great vacation in a prime location on the Island. The house is just as it is represented online. The only thing we needed and did not have was a wagon to pull all our chairs, coolers, and toys to the beach. It is a typical HH home with a beautiful 5-minute walk to the beach and a wagon would have helped so bring one if your family sets up beach camp like we do. Other than that bring your beach gear, family, and friends and have a great week!
This house was perfect for our adult children and their families. There was plenty of room with the beautiful design of the house. We loved the screened in porch! The kitchen was well stocked, one of the best. We cooked most of our meals. The 2nd fridge was a huge plus! The location was perfect, short walk to the beach and pool, and across the street from Salty Dog, a big plus for our teens.
One issue we had, there was only 1 garbage can, and 2 recycling cans. I had to call the property manager on Monday to see if the garbage could be removed. They did come Tuesday and remove it. I also had to call Thursday for another removal. Unfortunately, this time they did not respond. We had bags of recycling and garbage on top of the cans. I've stayed in houses much smaller that have 3-4 cans. Luckily, the garbage was not strewn all over from critters at night.
We also had a very bad leak in the 1st bedroom on the main floor. The water just poured out at the bottom of the shower door. Besides all that, we just loved the house and all the space that came with it! One thing that would make it perfect is to have King beds in all the bedrooms.
We loved the home and would love to rent it again!
This house is beautiful and very well cared for. The kids had a great time in the hot tub, walking across the street to the Salty Dog, and spending time on the beach. Great location, tons of bike trails. This was way more house than we needed for our family of 4 - it could comfortably fit 12. Great house!!
We loved the layout of this home. The Weather was nice so the porches and hot tub were well used. It was also Nice having four bikes come with the house. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The only complaint I can think of is that we would have loved a second refrigerator
House was well furnished, clean and comfortable. The beach was a bit of a walk across a community walkway. The pool was close by but a little small. The house was very close to The Salty Dog Cafe, which was a fun (almost nightly) excursion for ice cream for our crew. I wish they had a commercial ice maker, which would be awesome, but is certainly not a deal breaker. (You can easily purchase bags of ice from the shops across the street.) The owners obviously take great care of this home and it was a pleasure to spend some time at this house in Hilton Head.
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Hilton Head Island at this property.

Amazing house!
This house is beautiful and in a great location. Perfect for a large family get together. Having a bathroom with every bedroom was absolutely wonderful. The porches were so relaxing and the older kids really enjoyed the hot tub! This house has everything that you need! Thanks so much for a lovely visit!

The house was great and all we could expect, however the access to the beach and the beach conditions were a disappointment. Access to all South Beach amenities at the marina was great, just across the street.

Fantastic!
The home was recently remodeled. Very nice, spacious property in a great location. Modern bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, great modern kitchen, etc. A/C was great (it was very hot while we were there). We had three small children and seven adults in our party and it accommodated us perfectly. Bunk beds were great for our kids. Two minute walk to south beach marina. Would definitely recommend for families.

The house is in a great location and the floor plan works well too. Easy walk to beach and very close to South Beach and Salty Dog.
However we will look for another property for our next trip as the sofas are worn and torn with stuffing coming out, the carpet is dirty and the kitchen cabinets are in bad shape. This property needs updating.
