With five private bedroom suites, expansive living and dining spaces, a private pool, and the beach less than a five-minute walk away, 9 Wren Drive is a comfortable home base for families and friends looking to spend their Hilton Head vacation together.

THE SETTING: Beach days are wonderfully easy while staying at this Nest. Head out the front door, cross South Sea Pines Drive, and you'll be on the sand in less than five minutes. Back at the house, spend the afternoon around the private pool, gather for dinner after a day outside, or hop on your bikes for the five-minute ride to South Beach Marina Village. Dining, shopping, watersports, and the Salty Dog are also less than a ten-minute walk away, making this an especially convenient location for enjoying the South Beach area of Sea Pines.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Multi-generational families, multiple families vacationing together, groups of friends, and anyone looking for generous accommodations close to the beach. Five bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms give every group plenty of personal space, while the large living room and expansive kitchen and dining area provide room for everyone to come together.

Fire up the gas grill for dinner while everyone enjoys a final swim, or settle in poolside before heading to South Beach Marina Village for the evening. Electric pool heat is available during select cooler months.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 14 comfortably. 2 King beds // 4 Full beds // 4 Twin bunk beds. Five spacious bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for a larger group, and every bedroom features its own private ensuite bathroom. One bedroom is conveniently located on the main level. FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: The open kitchen is exceptionally equipped for feeding a full house and flows directly into the home's spacious dining area. Quality cookware, matching dinnerware, generous serving pieces, ample glassware, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, and plentiful kitchen essentials make everything from breakfast before the beach to dinner for the entire group easy. Two refrigerators provide valuable extra food and beverage storage, while the dedicated ice maker is especially convenient for filling coolers and keeping drinks cold throughout the day.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Less than a five-minute walk. Head out the front door, cross South Sea Pines Drive, and you'll have your toes in the sand just minutes later.

POOL HEAT: The private pool may be heated electrically for an additional fee of $150 for the first day and $50 for each additional day during March through May and September through November. Electric pool heat is economical but may be less effective during the coldest months of the year. Pool heat fees are non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
