Spacious, well-appointed townhome centrally located & just a few miles to the Fountain Park, McDowell Mountain Park, golf, hiking & restaurants sits this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome perfect for snowbirds, golfers & families looking to unwind in a cozy, light, bright, quiet abode. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for the in-home chef & the two patios are great for the views & fresh air. 2 car garage for guest use. Come be our guest & enjoy the AZ sun & everything the area has to offer!

The townhome is two levels with all three bedrooms on the second floor. The kitchen, living room, dining room, half bathroom and laundry all on the first floor.
