Welcome to The Grayson in Alexandria, VA! Perfect for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, stylish furnishings, and a dedicated workspace. Stay active in the fitness center with free weights, squat rack, and complimentary classes, or relax in one of the two spacious courtyards.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
