This newly refurnished and upgraded 4 bedroom + loft, 4 bathroom townhome is perfect for your large group and is just a stones throw to the slopes at Eagle Lodge. You can even bring Fido along as it is also pet-friendly! The master bedroom features a King bed with a TV and DVD player. Has a private en-suite bathroom and private deck with breathtaking views. The second master bedroom features a King bed with TV, plus accessibility to a twin roll away bed and a 'pack n play', perfect for littles, and a private en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a Queen bed with TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom features a Queen bed and TV. Both lower level bedrooms have access to a shared balcony and a full bathroom. The loft has two sets of bunk beds both with 2 twins, for a total of 4 twins, and a lounge area with sofa sleeper couch, flatscreen Smart TV with Roku and games.

Located on the back deck is a private hot tub for soaking after a long day of skiing or hiking and a gas BBQ grill. With a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 8 and additional seating for 8, the open plan living kitchen level is great space for a family dinner. A private washer/dryer and gas fireplace are just more amenities to make your stay more comfortable. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This townhome sleeps a maximum of 14 people, comes with a private single car garage with 2 additional outdoor parking spaces in the driveway, is 4 levels inside, and smoking is not permitted. All rooms (except loft) have cable TV and wi-fi internet throughout. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. The home is located with convenient access to the Mammoth Lakes Basin bike path, with a shuttle stop at the bottom of the private road and a short drive to the Village. The house was amazing absolutely beautiful, better than the pictures amazing sunsets views.The only draw back for us it’s a lot of stairs and I am in my 80’s and that was hard. Also no hand rails in any bathroom. We had our whole family there, the kitchen is the centerpiece of the house and had plenty of space for all of us.

Had combo families staying here. The large hot tub deck with views was great. 4 nicely furnished bedrooms and an upstairs room with bunk beds and sitting area with a tv and full bathrooms made the place a very comfortable one to stay and socialize at.

Great Location

Unbeatable location for skiing as the cabin is situated pretty much on the run itself. The cabin is nice and the windows and balconies on each floor showcase the views. You do have to check in/out via going to the office and only 3 parking spots at the cabin itself.

Great location

Great location, except all the lakes and hiking spots are close because of the AQI but we drove somewhere else to enjoy our weekend. My family and friends enjoyed their stay in this house. Overall, we are satisfied and we will definitely come back.

Beautiful family cabin

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cabin which contained everything we could have asked for. Everything was very clean other than a few dog hairs. The views were beautiful and the location is a short drive away from the town. We would recommend this cabin to friends and stay there again ourselves.

The kitchen was well stocked for large family dinners and the location was great as we were able to walk to the ski slope and ski down to the Eagle lift. My only constructive criticism is that the pull-out couch was not comfortable to sleep on and it would have been nice if the kids bunk room were not in an open loft (open to the main living area) but all in all it was a great rental!

It was beautiful but not what we expected

First the jacuzzi did not work! Only reason we booked. The details of the rooms didn't say that the BBQ is on the balcony In on of the rooms downstairs, not very convenient to walk so many flights of stairs with food. Overall it was beautiful. Not sure if I'd ever book there again.

DG family reunion

The actual experience for us is always great obviously we have stayed in various houses This was an unusual house. I needed a lg one but I was not crazy about the floor plan . Did not like there was no patio for the whole family to enjoy in the evening. The deck outside with a hot tub and a bbq and nice seating should not be downstairs out of the master bedroom. Beautiful view from the den and kitchen area . Bunk room for 4 g daughters was fantastic. A few broken window handles beds comfortable kitchen well appointed .. dishes and glasses and a few pans needed to be washed before use ..too many stairs for the old people but my mistake .. we still had a great time . Would not recommend for oldsters

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good: The rental was in overall pretty good shape. Close to Eagle lodge and had a great view.Bad: The hot tub was broken and that was one of the reasons we rented this place. There is a rodent infestation, there were mice in the kitchen and lower bedroom. The heating system overheated some rooms while others stayed very cold.

Good house in Mammoth, needs cleaning

House was what we needed with all bedrooms with king or queen size beds for all adult children and their partners / spouses. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Yet, carpets were really dirty in all rooms and stairs. Decking area around hot tub had drywall pieces and dust from a repair around the house? This is something that could be easily fixed is the management company pays attention to it.
