You will be given a key code that will be sent with your check-in details the evening prior to your arrival.

Other things to note
You MUST be at least 25 yrs of age to book!

SMOKING or VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE CABIN! IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE CABIN, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $500 TO HAVE THE CABIN TREATED.

NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR UNDERAGE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY!

NO house parties allowed!

NO loud music or disruptive behavior. Quiet time is 11 PM-8 AM. The neighborhood security will issue citations for disruptive noise levels, which will be the responsibility of the guest.

DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE! Moving furniture can cause damage to the furniture and to the flooring, not to mention someone can get hurt doing so. There will be a fee charged for moving furniture without permission from the Host or CoHost.

Fireworks are NOT permitted! The neighborhood prohibits fireworks and will issue citations, which will be the responsibility of the guest.

NOTE:
FIREPLACE is off from April-October (depending on weather).

Please note our cleaning fee is for general cleaning, trash removal and laundry. Extra cleaning fee may apply if the departure rules are not followed and there is excessive mess and trash left behind.

You are provided with a start up of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. This is usually enough to get you through the 1st night of your stay. You are responsible for providing any extra items you may need for the remainder of your stay.

Ladybugs are protected in the Smokies, so pest control services are not an option. The National Park Service released millions of Asian lady beetles into the park to fight a tree-killing insect, so the Park Service won't allow spraying specifically for ladybugs. We often see them in the fall when we have cooler weather. They are attracted by the sun as they are looking for warmth.
