These two spacious four-bedroom condos are located in the same building.

Located only 220 yards from the Frostwood Gondola, where you can utilize the complimentary ski valet. You can also enter through the back entrance when skiing down the run back to the gondola and use the ski lockers. When you're not hitting the slopes, you can relax on the sundeck, keep up your routine in the fitness center, or soothe tired muscles in the heated outdoor pool and hot tub.

• The listing is for two separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in.

•The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are up to 250 feet apart. 

• Two separate 4-bedroom apartments in the same building, totaling 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

• Your spacious suites are elegantly furnished with mining and mountain-themed decor, featuring gas fireplaces in the living rooms and primary bedrooms. Enjoy home-cooked meals from your fully equipped kitchens, or order delivery and dine in the large, separate dining areas. Washers and dryers are also included in each unit, perfect for freshening up your ski clothes after a grueling day on the slopes.

• Both units have three possible bed configurations:

** Configuration 2:

The twins can always be joined by the staff to create one larger bed if desired. The exact bed type depends on the specific units assigned by the front desk at check-in. If you have any bedding preferences, please let us know in advance so we can place a request, but please do understand no guarantees are possible.

Two parking spots in total are included in the underground parking garage. Please note- parking near ski slopes/restaurants/attractions is difficult to find in Park City during ski season. Uber/Lyft/Shuttle Services are convenient.

• Check-in takes place at the fully staffed registration office, which offers luggage storage before and after your stay as needed.

• A private movie room with surround sound, available by complimentary reservation.

Guests have access to all the listed resort amenities (which are shared) but of course, your suites are your own private space. The wonderful front desk staff can always help you with any questions.

Other things to note:
• The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age and present a photo ID/credit card at check-in for a security deposit of $250 per unit.
• The guest who books the stay must be physically present at check-in.
• Since two units are assigned, two guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well.
• Each unit could be on a different floor.
• The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact views and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
• The guests in the property are not obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. If a salesperson approaches you to attend one, we recommend you decline their invitation.
• Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy.
