It is two minutes away from the 74 bypass and is also close to the Earl Scruggs Center, the Tryon Equestrian Center, Gardner Webb University, and South Mountain!

With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, queen bed, and a day bed with a trundle. Guests find plenty of space to relax. The master bath features a double sink, a beautiful walk in shower, and a large walk in closet. The guest bathroom features a full bathtub/shower making mornings easy and comfortable.

The house also includes a two car garage, and a fire pit. The house includes extremely fast high speed internet, three tvs, and a Playstation 5. This home offers a phenomenal setting in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Experience what Shelby has to offer with a relaxing stay at this house!

The property is perfect! It's on a quiet cul-de-sac. The floor plan is laid out well with plenty of living space to share and more room outside. The master bedroom is huge. Looks like everything is new. Truly a great property!It's close to the wedding venue Molly's Lakeside as well as downtown Shelby.
