Come RELAX at our brand new bay front 3-bedroom home in charming Cedar Island.

Enjoy your own private beach at this brand new bayside home. Cedar Island is the gareway to the Southern Outer Banks. It offers three spacious bedrooms featuring queen beds, and an open game room upstairs with a bunk bed which offers a great space for the kids or extra sleeping arrangements. We are 6 miles to the ferry to the Outer Banks as well as Cedar Island beach., Other activities include horseback riding, fishing, birding, and relaxing. The boat launch is at the end of the street, or launch a kayak right from the house (provided). Our shallow bay is perfect for small children, and we have the best morning sunrise!! Take a trip to the beautiful Beaufort waterfront and take a ferry to the Cape Lookout lighthouse, or a day trip to Atlantic beach and Pine Knoll Shores aquarium. Across the street is the National Wildlife refuge with a hiking trail. Whether you’re here to explore or simply recharge, this phenomenal home provides a welcoming retreat. We look forward to sharing our slice if paradise with you!

We were born and raised in upstate NY and sick of the long winter months! We built this home as a winter escape with our shildren and grandkids in mind. There is plenty of space for extended family to enjoy a beach vacation together.

Why they chose this property

We love Cedar Island because of the small town feel. There are hunting and fishing opportunities as well as kayak and paddleboarding right out your front door. There are activities like catching the ferry to Ocracoke or horseback riding, or do nothing! Hang at a sandbar and let the kids splash around in the warm bay waters. This is so much better than a busy boardwalk full of rides and games!

What makes this property unique

We have direct water access! Jump in a kayak or paddleboard and explore! Grab your fishing pole and catch your dinner for the evening. Have a beach fire and roast marshmallows. Catch some sunshine while the kids search for sea creatures. We offer a water trampoline and inflatable slide. It is a shallow bay, perfect for young chikdren!
