Very nice property with an outstanding view of the ocean. And easy beach access right from the unit. Everything was clean and well stocked. Comfortable bed. Elevator to second floor.

We’ve made this our spot for the last 3 years and every year doesn’t disappoint. Easy check-in and beautiful beach views makes this place cozy and relaxing. Overall, pretty clean with exception of some old pillows that had stains and some dust on the sofa bed. But we managed well and enjoyed our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The space was charming, cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and in a great location. It was the perfect spot to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday, as she loves the ocean. We loved the thoughtful touches and would definitely stay here again!

A perfect PNW experience. Right on the beach with beautiful views. Great location for wanting to explore Astoria down to Lincoln City. Clean. Accomodating. Check in instructions and expectations were very thorough. We slept on the pull out couch so we could sleep with the window open and hear the ocean and were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable it was. Would definitely stay here again!

This property exceeded our expectations. The condo was clean and well stocked. I was surprised by amenities in the kitchen. The view is to die for and beach access was a breeze. A huge bonus was the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. We had an amazing week and can’t wait to stay again.

Right in the heart of Rockaway Beach. Wonderful unobstructed ocean view from the living room and patio. Comfortable bed. The living room TV needs maintenance. Despite the fact that we were only using it as a monitor (plugging in our own Firestick), it interrupted every 5 minutes or so with a notification of a critical lack of storage space. We asked for help to fix it 4 days ago. They responded that someone would get back to us but we didn't hear back. Fortunately we weren't there to watch TV. Still had a great time!

Wonderful clean comfortable waterfront condo great location too! Only problem was using Wi-Fi and said there was coffee in kitchen only decaf but no big deal ! We read more and drank less caffeine !! We loved it thank you !
